摘要: | 男子競技體操鞍馬項目Vammen動作,國際體操評分規則歸類在鞍馬項目的第三類動作組別(移位類型動作)難度為E等級,可提升選手在鞍馬項目動作的起評分之難度外亦增加成套編排的特色。本文蒐集相關理論文獻資料,且透過詳細紀錄指導選手實際從事動作技術之訓練實務的過程,應用拍攝圖片再以文字敘述說明其練習步驟,精緻細膩分析學習之路徑協助技術成長,茲將實施動作技術時細分為三個部份:一、輔助訓練迴旋器的應用:以專項輔助器械的方式進行實際操作與練習,增進選手對於該動作應注意的要領和細節,藉此減少動作實施失敗和技術的錯誤發生。二、實施Vammen動作技術要領:在動作過程中,全旋時身體充分伸展,上肢支撐必須保持俯撐姿態,身體軀幹及下肢沿水平軸運動進行,藉此來平衡穩定身體的重心,再配合肩膀前傾及雙臂交互支撐移位的方式,可順利完成其難度動作。三、專項肌力的加強:透過加強選手的上肢支撐(俯、仰撐),以及核心(腹、背部)訓練專項肌力的輔助,藉此針對身體作用肌群進行強化,減少運動傷害。
The Vammen action of the pommel horse event of men's competitive gymnastics is classified in the third category (shift movement type) of the pommel horse, and the difficulty level is E according to the international gymnastics scoring rules. In addition to enhancing the starting points of difficulty in pommel horse events, it also enriches characteristics of set choreography. This article collects relevant theoretical literature and records all the details of training processes while coaching players' technical training, photographing and narrating the training steps, and providing exquisite and delicate analysis of the learning path to assist technology growth. The implementation of motion technique is divided into three stages: 1. Application of auxiliary training gyrator: Using the specific auxiliary equipment for practice and training to improve a gymnast's attention on the essentials and details that players should pay attention to in the action in order to reduce operation failures and technical errors. 2. The essentials of Vammen movement technique: While doing the Vammen movement, the body must be fully stretched during rotation, the upper limb support must maintain a push-up posture, and the body trunk and lower limbs must move along the horizontal axis to balance and stabilize the body's center of gravity. Moreover, there should be cooperation in the way that the shoulders are tilted forward, and the arms are interactively supported and shifted. Thus, the movement can be completed successfully. 3. To strengthen specific muscles: To prevent sports injuries, the upper limb support (upper and back ward) should be strengthened with the assistance of core training (abdomen and dorsum) for the athletes. |
