    摘要: 隨著網路、無線寬頻、智慧手機高度普及化,加上大數據分析、雲端運算、人工智慧、電子商務、物聯網、區塊鏈的快速發展與交互應用,創新數位科技引領轉換為智慧生活,促使企業進行數位轉型,利用創新科技提增新的商業模式。
    金融業發展新型態服務,顛覆傳統的創新商業模式,行動支付加速金融服務轉型。本研究針對行動支付之信用卡創新服務進行探討,如何以創新生態系統的商業模式、創新科技、市場發展三個層面為整合架構,透由系統思考動態規劃因應內外在因素修正,以發展金融服務透由創新科技所帶來的龐大經濟效益,正是數位轉型的必然性。
    面對外部Fintech新創科技公司的競爭衝擊,及對內有人才、轉型策略、跨業合作等創新挑戰,透過系統思考因果環路圖,將決策者的心智透過因果環路圖,發覺正向回饋的因素,或增強回饋的因子,直接影響企業發展的因果,更做為企業了解自身的優勢,並結合創新科技數位轉型後的新型態競爭力,以提昇金融科技服務創新升級能量與策略佈局。
    本研究結合創新生態系統觀點與實務個案證明以創新科技驅動數位轉型,達到經濟規模及市場擴張,銀行的企業數位轉型已不再僅是環境趨勢,而是企業永續經營的重要策略目標之一,金融創新科技的應用,更加速促成金融企業數位轉型,而人力資源發展也影響企業對於內外部創新服務的認知及執行力;該個案以信用卡行動支付為策略規劃,著實顯示創新科技驅動著企業進行數位轉型,不論是透由異業結合、企業投注科技創新,是金融業面對未來積極數位轉型策略有效發展契機,而本研究所提出以企業全體發展為策略目標的系統思考架構圖,亦具高度實務應用價值。
    With the ubiquity of the Internet, wireless broadband, and smart phones cou-pled with the rapid development and intertwined applications of big data analysis, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, the Internet of Things, and blockchain, innovative digital technology leads the transition to smart life and encourages enterprises to leverage digital transformation and use innovative technology to enhance new business models.
    The financial industry develops new types of services and challenges tradi-tional business models with innovative ones; mobile payment in particular has accelerated the transformation of financial services. This research focuses on the innovative credit card services of mobile payment, diving into the business mod-els, innovate technologies, and market development—the three facets of the in-novative ecosystem—as an integrated framework through systems thinking and dynamic planning in response to internal and external factors to modify and thus develop financial services. The tremendous economic benefits brought about by innovative technology are the inevitability of digital transformation.
    Facing external competition from Fintech as well as internal innovation challenges such as talents, transformation strategies, and cross-industry collabora-tion, decision makers can leverage the systems thinking of a causal loop diagram to discover the elements of a positive feedback loop or to enhance feedback fac-tors, directly affecting the cause and effect of the company's development. It is also advantageous in helping the company understand its own advantages and combine the new types of competitiveness driven by the digital transformation of innovative technology to enhance the innovation of technology and services as well as to amplify the energy and strategy deployment.
    This research combines the viewpoints of the innovation ecosystem and practical cases to prove that with innovation and technology driving digital trans-formation to achieve economic scale and market expansion, banks’ enterprise dig-ital transformation is no longer just an environmental trend, but one of the im-portant strategic goals of corporate sustainability. The application of financial innovation technology has accelerated the digital transformation of financial en-terprises, and the development of human resources also affects the company’s awareness and execution of internal and external innovation services. This re-search uses credit card mobile payment as a strategic plan to show that innovation and technology drive the enterprise digital transformation, whether it is through the collaboration of different industries or enterprises betting on technological innovation, and that it is an opportunity for the financial industry to pursue effec-tive development of active digital transformation strategies. This research pro-poses a systems thinking framework chart with the development of the entire en-terprise as the strategic goal, thereby providing high practical application value.
