    摘要: 傳統的充電模式中,提高電池的充電率,可降低充電時間,但可能提高電池充電過程中的溫度,而電池溫升過高,會影響電池壽命和造成安全問題。在本研究中,探討不同充電率之定電流轉定電壓充電模式、不同充電率之階梯狀定電流轉定電壓充電模式、不同充電率之脈衝定電流轉定電壓充電模式與不同充電率之階梯狀脈衝定電流轉定電壓充電模式之充電時間與暫態溫升,期望藉由改變充電模式縮短充電時間,同時避免在充電過程中,出現電池溫度過高的情況。
    由實驗所得結論,在傳統CC-CV充電模式下,增加定電流階段之充電率可減少充電時間,但充電過程中之最大溫升值會增加。在階梯狀CC-CV充電模式下,若提高此充電模式中之高充電率過程之充電時間,可降低整體充電模式之充電時間,但也大幅增加充電過程中之溫度升高值。施加脈衝條件下,脈衝CC-CV充電模式與階梯狀脈衝CC-CV充電模式會增加充電時間,但同時可明顯降低電池充電過程中的溫升現象。基本上,脈衝休息時間越長,充電時間越長,但電池溫升越低。
    For traditional charging modes, increasing the charging rate of the battery reduces the charging time, but may increase the battery temperature during the charging process. Safety is also a focus of the development of lithium battery, because it will affect battery life and cause safety problems if the temperature rise is too high. Controlling the temperature rise and charging time has become an important issue for Li battery. In this study, we discuss the charging time and instantaneous temperature rise of the Li battery under different CC-CV charging modes of different charging rates, different stair-step CC-CV charging modes of different charging rates, different CC-CV pulse charging modes of different charging rates and different stair-step CC-CV pulse charging modes of different charging rates. It is expected to shorten the charging time, while avoiding high battery temperature during charging.
    From the experiments, it is concluded that under the traditional CC-CV charging mode, increasing the charging rate of the CC stage reduces the charging time, but however increases the maximum temperature rise of the battery during charging. Under the stair-step CC-CV charging modes, increasing the charging time of the high charging rate CC stage reduces the overall charging time. Nevertheless, the temperature rise during the charging process is also greatly increased with an increase in the charging time of the high charging rate CC stage. Under the conditions with pulse charging, the charging time using the traditional CC-CV charging modes and that using the stair-step CC-CV charging modes both increase. On the other hand, the temperature rise can be significantly reduced as the pulse charge is applied to the charging processes. Basically, a longer the rest time in the pulse charge results in a longer charging time, but a lower battery temperature rise.
