The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of job satisfaction and well-being of fitness instructors in fitness clubs and the relationship between the two. The research method was a paper-based questionnaire survey. Fitness instructors sampled 31 chain fitness clubs in Keelung City, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County, and Hsinchu City. The total number of valid questionnaires was 208, and the effective recovery rate was 78.2%. It Uses descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple stepwise regression for data analysis. The result is that fitness instructors are mainly male, accounting for 66.8%, their age is 20-39 years old accounting for 83.6%, their marital status is unmarried primarily, accounting for 69.7%, and the proportion of junior college education or above accounted for 86%. Job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation with well-being (r= .737, p < .01), with the highest correlation between external happiness and self-fulfillment (r= .801, p < .01), and job satisfaction positively predicted well-being with a total predictive power of 49.1%, with the highest effect of external satisfaction. Job satisfaction of fitness instructors positively correlates with well-being, and job satisfaction can positively predict the degree of well-being. From this, we can see that fitness instructors work long hours. When they have a positive subjective cognitive evaluation of their work, they can also positively influence their well-being; it causes work is life, life also work, and work is the source of well-being. |
