摘要: | 隨著知識水準提高,運動訓練對人體帶來的益處逐漸受到重視。速度、敏捷和反應整合訓練(speed, agility and quickness, SAQ)是一種結合肌肉力量、動覺空間意識、運動技能、神經肌肉反應速度和協調性的運動訓練模式。本文以文獻回顧方式,依據關鍵詞SAQ訓練、敏捷、加速度,透過CEPS、PubMed資料庫及Google Scholar,搜尋國內外的相關研究,所得31篇原創性論文、7篇綜評性文章及7本書籍,進行分析、比較與歸納,探討SAQ整合訓練的生理機轉以及對運動表現的影響。結果發現SAQ整合訓練可藉由伸展收縮循環機制,有效刺激運動單位的數量,並活化運動神經元來招募肌纖維,以產生較佳的神經肌肉效率,縮短動作反應時間。在運動表現上則可提升動作敏捷性、爆發力與反應能力,也可改善動作協調性,提升運動技能表現。建議需要敏捷反應與加速度動作的運動項目可使用SAQ整合訓練,以達到更高水準的運動表現。
As the level of knowledge increases, the benefits of exercise training to the human body are gradually taken seriously. The speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) integration training is a training mode of a combination of muscle strength, kinesthetic space consciousness, motor skills, neuromuscular response speed and coordination. The present study is a literature review to investigate the effect of SAQ integration training on exercise performance by searching keywords of SAQ training, agility and acceleration through the CEPS and PubMed and google scholar database. There were 31 original articles, 7 review articles and 7 books selected to be compared and analyzed. The results showed SAQ integration training can produce better neuromuscular efficiency and improve agility, explosiveness and responsiveness by muscle stretching and contracting circulation mechanism. SAQ integration training can effectively stimulate motor units, activate motor neurons to recruit muscle fibers to produce better neuromuscular efficiency and shorten motor response time. In terms of sports performance, it can improve agility, explosive power and reaction ability, and also improve movement coordination and sport performance. It is suggested that sports that require agility and acceleration motions can incorporate SAQ integration training into the training program to achieve a higher level of athletic performance. |
