    摘要: 本研究旨在探討新北市公共托育中心之托育人員的工作價值觀、工作滿意度及幸福感的現況和其相關係、不同背景變項之托育人員的差異情形。問卷調查以新北市公共托育中心之托育人員為母群體,採用立意抽樣法。
    並以「托育人員工作價值觀、工作滿意度及幸福感之研究問卷」,本研究針對新北市政府委託的中華民國學前教育發展學會及中華民國青少年兒童福利學會人員為研究對象,發出問卷137份,因人事有所變動實得有效問卷135份。所得資料以 SPSS統計軟體進行分析以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。
    從研究結果發現,托育人員在工作價值方面,提升自己的教育理念感受最低,說明托育人員如果有展現自我的教育理念更能提升工作價值。托育人員在工作滿意度和幸福感方面,提升薪資是最為重視,因增加健全的福利制度如年資與獎金制度。此外,工作滿意度不但直接影響幸福感,亦工作價值觀及幸福感中扮演了中介的角色。顯示出托育人員之在與幸福感之間對於托育中心留才的重要性。
    The purpose of this research was to explore the current status of the “work values”, “job satisfaction”, and “happiness” of the nursery staff in the New Taipei City Public Nursery Center, as well as to explore the relationship between these factors, accounting for differences in nursery staff background.

    The survey, namely the "Questionnaire on the work values, job satisfaction and happiness of nursery staff", adopted the purposeful sampling method and was conducted among the nursery staff of the New Taipei City Public Nursery Center. Researchers from the Preschool Education Development Society of the Republic of China and the Youth and Children Welfare Society of the Republic of China issued 137 questionnaires, and among the 173 questionnaires, 135 questionnaires were included in the study due to personnel changes. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS statistical software, and statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise multiple regression , and other statistical methods for data analysis.

    From the research results, in terms of work value, nursery staff improving one’s own educational philosophy is the lowest, it shows that if the childcare personnel have an educational philosophy to show themselves, they can improve the value of their work. in terms of job satisfaction and happiness, childcare workers pay the most attention to improving salary. Because of the increase in sound welfare systems such as seniority and bonus systems. In addition, job satisfaction not only directly affects happiness, but also plays an intermediary role in job values and happiness. it shows the importance of the childcare staff's presence and happiness for the childcare center to retain talents.
