    摘要: 中國文化大學自民國五十二年成立本校體育系至今,對於籃球運動早已積極參與,不論是國內外大小比賽都可以看到中國文化大學球員或畢業生身影,中國中國文化大學公開一級籃球隊於大專校院籃壇極富盛名的隊伍,不論男子或女子隊在歷屆大專校院籃球賽或是世界大學運動會均有優秀的表現中國文化大學所代表出賽的選手,因此不論是訓練或比賽都深獲好評及肯定。研究目的:旨在探究中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊招生策略。研究對象:以中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊為對象,研究方法:利用教練與領隊深度訪談法。結果:中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球代表隊,在招募方面主要皆是以HBL甲組球員為主。選手入學管道獨立招生的方式最為穩定。獎學金部分學校給予體育室相當大的運用空間體育室給予教練團經費最大的支持與信任,由教練團來決定經費所使用之方向與訂定標準。大學還是屬於教育單位,選手還是屬於學生球員範疇。球場下生活管理的部分應該自律自主,而不需要再向國、高中一樣教練進行高壓式管理。福利與義務,學生所要求的義務就是讀好書,做好學生本分,這樣才有資格去享受中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊所提供之福利。生涯規劃就是與球員先深談後,評估球員未來出路給予相關建議,藉此輔助球員往自己所選擇的方向前進。結論:球員之招募來源可以得知目前中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊皆是從HBL甲組中所尋找,但在知名度與身材方面較差。球員入學管道中獨立招生還是中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊所倚仗的重要方式。獎學金部分,中國文化大學有一套相當完整的制度,因此在這方面中國文化大學是非常優秀的。對於球員課業上的輔導,除國訓中心有相關規定外,中國文化大學對於選手有一套完整機制,對於長期因為訓練或是比賽之選手可以有效的學習課堂上的知識,身心全方位均衡發展。生活管理部分,皆以個人化自律自主,但還是有一些基本的規範。福利與義務是相輔相成,如果只有福利而沒有進行相對義務,這對於中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊來說沒有任何意義。生涯職涯部分,中國文化大學公開一級男子籃球隊是給予球員自主選擇的權利,不干涉僅輔導。
    Since the establishment of the Department of Physical Education of the Chinese Culture University in 1962, it has been actively participating in basketball games. Players or graduates of Chinese Culture University can be seen in domestic and foreign competitions. A highly prestigious basketball team in colleges and universities. Both men’s and women’s teams have outstanding performances in the previous college basketball games or the World University Games. The players represented by the Chinese Culture University have played well in both training and competition. Received praise and recognition. The purpose of the research is to explore the enrollment strategy of Chinese Culture University's Division 1 men's basketball team.The research object is the men's basketball team of China Culture University, and the research method uses in-depth interviews with coaches and team leaders. As a result, the Chinese Culture University's Division 1 men's basketball team was mainly recruited by HBL Group A players. The way of independent enrollment of contestants is the most stable. Part of the scholarship schools give the sports room a considerable space for use. The sports room gives the coaching team the greatest support and trust, and the coaching team determines the direction and standards for the use of funds. University is still an education unit, and players still belong to the category of student players. The part of life management under the court should be self-disciplined and autonomous, and there is no need to perform high-pressure management like coaches in national and high schools. Welfare and obligations. The obligation required by students is to read well and do a good job as a student, so that they are eligible to enjoy the benefits provided by the Chinese Culture University's Division 1 men's basketball team. Career planning is to discuss with the players first, evaluate the players' future prospects and give relevant suggestions, so as to assist the players to move forward in the direction of their choice. Conclusion: The source of player recruitment can be known that the current Chinese Culture University's Division 1 men's basketball team are all sought from the HBL Group A, but they are poor in popularity and body shape. Independent enrollment in the player admissions pipeline is also an important method that the Chinese Culture University relies on for the Division 1 men's basketball team. For scholarships, the Chinese Culture University has a fairly complete system, so in this regard, the Chinese Culture University is very good. In addition to the relevant regulations of the National Training Center, the Chinese Cultural University has a complete mechanism for players’ tutoring in their schoolwork. For players who have been training or competition for a long time, they can effectively learn the knowledge in the classroom and develop a balanced physical and mental development. The part of life management is individualized, self-disciplined and autonomous, but there are still some basic norms. Welfare and obligation are complementary. If there is only welfare and no relative obligation, this has no meaning for the Chinese Culture University's Division 1 men's basketball team. In the part of career and career, the Chinese Culture University's Division 1 men's basketball team is to give players the right to choose independently, without interference and only coaching.
