    Abstract: 獎金薪酬制度與門市人員工作績效之 研究-以教育訓練為調節變項本研究目的在探討獎金薪酬制度是否會影響到門市人員之工作績效,以及針對公司給予門市人員的教育訓練使否會調節到兩者之間的關係,本章節針對研究主題進行整體性的論述,本章分成四節,第一節為研究背景與動機、第二節為研究目的、第三節為研究流程、第四節為名詞釋義。
    The purpose of this research is to explore relevant research on bonus salary system, job performance and education and training. According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, it is found that the majority of the shop staff are female, 36-40 years old, junior college/university, and the salary is in the range of 30,001 yuan-50,000 yuan; the bonus salary system has a significant positive impact on the job performance of the shop staff ; The education and training of store personnel will positively interfere with the impact of the bonus and salary system on work performance, for reference for personnel in the store personnel service industry and future follow-up research.
