| 摘要: | 中國面臨當務之急的議題便是如何能夠穩定地維持與周邊國家的關係？穩定地發展與周邊國家的關係？在這種國際形勢下，研究和應對中國的外交政策，不僅有助於因薩德問題而變得冷淡的韓中關係的發展，而且對穩定東北亞局勢也會起到很大的幫助，在此背景下產生本文的問題意識。
在全球化日益發展和中國崛起的背景下，需要對中國外交政策的變化進行分析。關注並研究中國外交的動態是國內外學界的趨勢。通過國際關係理論的探討，國內外許多學者對中國政府對外政策的分析取得了豐碩的研究成果。以新的外交新思想爲基礎，研究中國外交前後變化的具體內容，分析中國外交新特點，提出中國外交新變化的原因。這項研究具有重要的理論意義和現實意義。
本文的研究動機在於：一、中國過去與現去的外交政策是甚麼？並有何不同？
二、習近平時期中國對韓外交政策的戰略是什麼？三、中國對韓外交政策決定因素是什麼？四、今後韓中關係的未來發展方向如何？本文的研究目的有六：一、瞭解古典現實主義與新現實主義的內涵。二、探討中國外交政策的與特點，並分析習近平時期前中國外交政策與特點。三、探索習近平時期的外交政策與特點，並比較過去時期外交政策，發現其變化與調整。四、了解習近平時期對韓外交政策。五、研析韓中關係與薩德朝核問題之探討。六、思考古典現實主義與新現實主義如何與中國對韓外交政策相結合。
本文採取的研究途徑為漢斯•摩根索（Hans Morgenthau）的古典現實主義和肯尼思•沃爾茲（Kenneth Waltz）的新現實主義理論爲基礎，整理外交政策部分，掌握其內涵和實質，深化對中國外交政策的系統性認識。研究中國外交政策時，通過對過去政府到習近平政府之中國外交政策目標、中國外交調整和變化的動因的分析，可以全面、深入地理解中國對外政策的新特徵。這將爲理解中國的外交政策決定和戰略，推動韓中關係深入發展提供新的思路。本文在研究方法上則採取的是文獻分析法（document analysis）、歷史研究法（historical research）與比較研究法（comparative research）。
本文主要從兩個方面進行文獻檢視：一是理論部分，包括古典現實主義與新現實主義；二是關於韓中關係相關文獻。另外本文的研究限制為資料上的研究限制及價值判斷上的研究限制。
The most urgent issue facing China is how to maintain stable relations with neighboring countries? Stably develop relations with neighboring countries? Under such an international situation, studying and responding to China’s foreign policy will not only help the development of South Korea-China relations that have become cold due to the THAAD issue, but will also help stabilize the situation in Northeast Asia. In this context, the problem consciousness of this article is generated.
In the context of increasing globalization and the rise of China, it is necessary to analyze the changes in China's foreign policy. Paying attention to and studying the dynamics of China's diplomacy is a trend in academic circles at home and abroad. Through the discussion of international relations theory, many scholars at home and abroad have made fruitful research results on the analysis of the Chinese government's foreign policy. Based on the new diplomatic thinking, it studies the specific content of the changes before and after China's diplomacy, analyzes the new characteristics of China's diplomacy, and proposes the reasons for the new changes in China's diplomacy. This research has important theoretical and practical significance.
The research motivation of this article lies in: 1. What is China's past and current foreign policies? And how is it different?
2. What is China's foreign policy strategy towards South Korea during the Xi Jinping period? 3. What are the determinants of China's foreign policy toward South Korea? 4. What is the future development direction of Korea-China relations in the future? The purpose of this article is six: 1. To understand the connotation of classical realism and neorealism. 2. Explore the characteristics and characteristics of China's foreign policy, and analyze China's foreign policies and characteristics before the Xi Jinping period. 3. Explore the foreign policy and characteristics of Xi Jinping's period, and compare the foreign policy of the past period to discover its changes and adjustments. 4. Understand Xi Jinping's foreign policy toward South Korea. 5. Research and analysis of South Korea-China relations and the THAAD nuclear issue. Sixth, consider how classical realism and neo-realism can be combined with China's foreign policy toward South Korea.
The research approach adopted in this article is based on Hans Morgenthau's classical realism and Kenneth Waltz's neo-realism theories. It sorts out the foreign policy part and masters its connotation and essence. Deepen the systematic understanding of China's foreign policy. When studying China's foreign policy, through the analysis of China's foreign policy goals from the past government to the Xi Jinping government, and the reasons for China's diplomatic adjustments and changes, one can fully and deeply understand the new characteristics of China's foreign policy. This will provide new ideas for understanding China's foreign policy decisions and strategies and promoting the in-depth development of South Korea-China relations. The research methods used in this article are document analysis, historical research and comparative research.
This article mainly examines the literature from two aspects: one is the theoretical part, including classical realism and neo-realism; the other is related literature on the relationship between South Korea and China. In addition, the research limitation of this article is the research limitation of data and the research limitation of value judgment. |
