    摘要: 跑轟戰術是現代籃球比賽中極具特點的一種進攻戰術，隨著現代籃球運動的不斷發展，各式各樣的籃球技術、戰術打法開始萌芽，本技術報告主要深入分析探討，如何有效的將跑轟戰術之理念順應在現代籃球的比賽中，並贏得比賽勝利。因此，筆者撰寫「籃球跑轟戰術之技術報告書」將本人帶隊實戰經驗及透過資料文獻的探討，作為本技術報告書撰寫方式。藉由本技術報告書，希望能提供教練與選手實施訓練的參考，以促進國內籃球水準。本技術報告書發現跑轟戰術的特性：快速的攻防轉換、進攻的簡單化、多點的投籃、壓迫緊密的防守、高機動性的進攻，球員的能量系統基礎：相對較高之肌耐力、心肺耐力和無氧能力，球員心理技能基礎：相對較高之球員領導能力、拼鬥意志力、自信心。從實戰經驗發現跑轟戰在比賽中的高速流暢輪轉、攻防轉換和節奏快速等特點，進而形成一套具有攻擊性特點且開放式進攻體系，以其為現代籃球運動的戰術發展和比賽中的實際應用提供思路。
    Running bomb tactics is a kind of offensive tactics which is very characteristic in modern basketball game, with the continuous development of modern basketball, all kinds of basketball technology and tactics are beginning to sprout, this technical report mainly analyzes and explores how to effectively adapt the concept of running bombing tactics to the modern basketball game and win the game. Therefore, the author wrote "basketball running tactics technical report" will be my team experience and through the discussion of the literature, to make a technical report writing method. Through this technical report, it is hoped that it can be provided as a reference for coaches and players to carry out training to promote the level of domestic basketball. This technical report finds the characteristics of running and bombing tactics: fast attack and defense conversion, simplicity of attack, multi-point shooting, tight defense, high mobility attack, player energy system foundation: relatively high muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance and anaerobic ability, player psychological skill base: relatively high player leadership, fighting willpower, self-confidence. From the actual experience, we find that the running and bombing tactics are a kind of attack tactics which are very characteristic in modern basketball game, which is characterized by high-speed smooth rotation, attack and defense conversion and fast pace, and then forms a set of offensive characteristics and open offensive system, which provides ideas for the tactical development of modern basketball and the practical application of the game.
