    Title: 人行空間模式與使用者行為相關性之研究-以新北市新店區之大坪林、七張、中正、區公所商圈為例

    Abstract: 隨著經濟的發展,人民對於生活品質的要求提高,近年來都市中的人行空間漸漸地受到重視,政府也規劃了一系列的人行道改善計畫與人行道評估水準,為配合發展,各個地方單位開始設置人行空間的相關設施,如自行車道、人行道、行道樹等,但在現有的都市計畫中是以車行做為規劃重點,機車次於汽車;行人又次之於機車,讓人行空間受限於汽機車道路的法定道路寬度,相對造成都市地區人行空間的壓縮及衝擊,雖說許多地方開始以縮減車道數量與縮減車道寬度來做為人行空間使用,但在縮減道路的同時也將原有路邊停車的空間一併取消,取消了原有的停車使用需求導致在人行道拓寬後,反而加劇人行道上與道路路邊的機車違停現象,人行道形同虛設行人無法在人行道上行走,同時也讓道路交通更加堵塞。
      人行空間的發展計畫與策略忽略了人行空間的重要性與使用性,也尚未考量空間原有的使用特性與需求,導致許多新畫設的人行空間往往會被車輛或是攤販違規使用而佔據,汽機車、行人、道路兩側的使用活動與停車彼此搶奪道路空間,人行空間的規劃不符合實際的使用需求,無法有效的利用空間。
      本研究中利用地理資訊系統將新店區主要生活商圈內建築物使用類型與空間模式導入系統之中,並將調查結果以圖面化呈現,研究結果顯示商店使用之空間主要以停車需求為主,而行人行走於騎樓中,人行道使用強度較低,因此在未來規劃商業區之人行空間時首要考量應為停車空間,適當規劃停車地點避免車輛占據原有的人行空間。
    With the development of the economy, pedestrians’ requirements for quality of life have increased. In recent years, the pedestrian space in the city has gradually received attention. The government has also planned a series of sidewalk improvement plans and sidewalk assessment standards. But in the existing urban planning is focus on the car movement, the legal road width of automobile and motorcycle roads has relatively caused the compression and impact of pedestrian space in urban areas. Although many places have begun to reduce the number and width of lanes to use as pedestrian space, while reducing roads, they also park on the original roadside.
      The development plan and strategy of the pedestrian space ignores the importance and usability of the pedestrian space and has not considered the original use characteristics and needs of the space. As a result, many newly painted pedestrians spaces are often occupied by vehicles or street vendors illegally. , The use activities and parking on both sides of the road, cars, motorcycles, pedestrians, and parking rob each other of road space. The planning of pedestrian space does not meet the actual use requirements, and the space cannot be effectively used.
      In this case, use the geographic information system to create the database that the buildings classified use and spatial patterns in the business area of Xindian District, and then present the survey results in a graphic. The research result showed that the main demand is parking in the business area and pedestrians walk in arcades, the use of sidewalks is lower. Therefore, parking space should be the first consideration when planning pedestrian space in commercial district , and parking places should be properly planned to avoid vehicles occupying the pedestrian space.
