    摘要: 本研究旨在了解陽明山山仔后華岡區域吉野櫻林木胸徑與種子生產之關係,藉調查鄰近台北市士林區中國文化大學旁真愛桃花源櫻花園區吉野櫻樣木之胸徑與種子特性(包括鮮重、長度、寬度與厚度)進行單株林木間種子生產之差異比較以及林木胸徑-種子特性間之相關研究,以利日後櫻花林木種苗培育相關資訊之建立。研究結果顯示:樣區內吉野櫻林木結實株數百分比雖極顯著低於50%但極顯著大於0%;結實林木之胸徑與主幹數呈現略大於非結實林木之趨勢;結實林木之種子特性(包括鮮重、長度、寬度與厚度)在單株間呈現極顯著差異,種子特性彼此間並與林木胸徑大小習習相關。所以胸徑較粗之林木所生產種子重且大粒。
    This study would like to understand the relationship of Yoshino Sakura selected trees' DBH and seed production from Shan-Zi-Hou, Yang-Ming-Shan. Through investigating selected trees' DBH and seed characteristics (including fresh weight, length, width and thickness) from Sakura tree area of "Love story about you and me" Garden located near Chinese Culture University, Shih-Lin District of Taipei City, seed production difference between individual tree and relationship study between selected trees' DBH and seed characteristics were found to establish seedling culture data-base for Sakura tree. The results showed: although Sakura tree's fruited ratio was very significantly lower than 50%, however, is was very significantly greater than 0%; fruited trees' DBH and main stem No. showed greater tendencies than non-fruited trees'; fruited tree' seed characteristics (including fresh weight, length, width and thickness) showed very significantly different among selected individual tree; selected tree's DBH and seed characteristics showed significant interrelationship. Therefore, tree with larger DBH produces heavier and bigger seeds.
