過去研究顯示自我對話的使用會促進運動表現,主要的機制是由於自我對話可以使運動員更專注在動作表現或者提升自己的動機,但很少研究針對注意力來做探討,以及兩種自我對話類型對注意力的影響或者對運動表現的影響都尚待釐清。因此,本研究計畫旨在暸解不同層級運動員的自我對話使用對靜眼時刻時的運動表現差異性。本研究計畫主要執行一年,由於正式研究需要操弄自我對話以及眼動儀器的佩戴太過複雜,因此需進行研究助理培訓自我對話與系統操作,開始進行正式研究,主要以靜眼時刻為研究主軸。正式研究以網球項目為對象,並教學自我對話,開始收集靜眼時刻接發球的運動表現,為了確認自我對話影響專注力的效果,本研究會輔助測驗認知評估功能作為視覺注意力的另外一種指標。本研究期待能夠開拓運動心理學與生理的結合領域 ,並且研究方向能夠提升運動表現以及推廣運動心理技能的使用。
Past research has shown that the use of self-talk could promote athletic performance. The main mechanism is that self-talk can make athletes attention more on movement performance or enhance their motivation, but few studies have focused on attention and two types of self-talk. The effect on attention or on performance is yet to be clarified. Therefore, this study will gradually understand the difference in performance of different levels of athletes' use of self-talk to the moment of quiet eye movement. This study will mainly implemented for one year. Since formal research requires manipulation of self-talk and the alignment of eye-tracking instruments, it is necessary to conduct research assistant training for self-talk and system operation. Formally study the tennis project as a subject, and conducted teaching self-talk, and began to collect the performance of the movement of receiving and serving at the moment of quiet eye, in order to confirm the effect of self-talk on the attention. It can open up the combination of sports psychology and physiology, and the research direction can improve sports performance and promote the use of sports psychological skills.
