    摘要: 執行長的遴選對於企業的永續經營、組織績效、甚至於組織的生存往往都具有關鍵的影響。執行長選任是影響董事會運作及其企業經營的關鍵,亦是公司治理研究中重要的議題。為了使組織能夠取得成功,因此董事會成員或遴選委員會必須確定執行長遴選的結果能夠滿足組織現在及未來發展需求。除此之外,執行長選任涉及複雜的決策因素,在以往的研究中研究者只能針對少量資料採用人為方式進行決策因素分析與資料蒐集,缺少理論的依據與標準化技術進行多準則評估架構的建立。隨著研究資料的快速累積與資訊科技的蓬勃發展,過去不同的資料型態越來越多元與複雜,資料與文章往往散佈於不同的資料平台、資料庫與網路上,研究者難以同時大量取得並進行資料分析,因此本文以兩階段的全新方法,先運用文字探勘技術來建構多準則決策評估模型,模型建構之後再結合多準則決策方法進行後續研究主題的分析,以解決過去人為建立評估架構的風險與不確定。首先,本研究透過文字探勘的文字剖析與文字歸類技術進行資料的檢索與多重詞語的歸類,從122,852字詞中挑選出歸類權數最高的代表性詞語,並以此建構出5個主題(Topic),14個相關準則的執行長遴選評估模型選任的多準則決策評估架構。有了結構性的評估架構之後,本研究再依序使用多準則決策分析方法中的決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL)建構獨立執行長遴選評估模型選任之準則與構面相互影響程度的網絡關係圖,以及運用網路程序分析法(ANP)進行14個準則的權重分析。最後,為更精準掌握執行長遴選評估模型遴選的決策因素的優先順序與方向,本研究更進一步整合多準則決策之 VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje)方法,進行理想解(Positive-ideal solution)與負理想解(Negative-ideal solution)的分析,經由比較各候選方案的評估值和理想方案的接近程度來瞭解各方案未達理想解的原因,進而協助企業提出改善方案,讓企業在進行執行長遴選評估模型遴選決策時都能達到最佳效果,也能契合企業之決策環境與遴選的策略目標。
    The CEO's selection often has a critical impact on the company's sustainability, organizational performance, and even the survival of the organization. In order for an organization to be successful, board members or selection committees must determine that the results of the CEO's selection will meet the organization's current and future development needs. Unfortunately, in the past, there have been few relevant analytical techniques that can assist the board of directors or selection committees in making decisions on CEO selection. With the rapid accumulation of research data and the rapid development of information technology, different types of data have become more diverse and complex in the past. It is difficult for researchers to obtain and analyze a large amount of data at the same time. Therefore, this article uses a two-stage new method to construct a multi-criteria decision evaluation model using text mining technology to resolve the risks and uncertainties of artificially establishing evaluation structures in the past.First of all, this research conducted data retrieval and classified multiple words through text parsing and text classification technology of text mining. The representative words with the highest classification weight were selected from 122,852 words, and a multi-criteria decision evaluation framework selected by the CEO selection evaluation model with 5 topics and 14 related criteria was constructed. With a structured evaluation framework, this study uses the decision laboratory analysis method (DEMATEL) in the multi-criteria decision analysis method to construct a network relationship diagram of the criteria for the selection and evaluation of the CEO selection evaluation model and to weight analysis of 14 criteria using the Network Process Analysis (ANP).Finally, in order to accurately grasp the priorities and directions of the decision-making factors selected by the CEO selection evaluation model, this study further integrates the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method of multi-criteria decision-making to carry out an ideal-ideal solution and Analysis of negative ideal solution.By comparing the evaluation value of each candidate solution with the approach of the ideal solution to understand the reasons for each solution's failure to achieve the ideal solution, and then assisting the enterprise to propose an improvement solution, so that the enterprise can achieve the best results in the selection of the CEO selection evaluation model It can also match the decision-making environment of the enterprise and the selection strategy.
