This study proposes a promotion plan for top science support activities for the weak. First, a series of science courses and science popularization activities are carried out for students from disadvantaged ethnic groups in indigenous villages in order to enhance the scientific learning interest of disadvantaged students in indigenous villages. Then encourage the indigenous tribe students from the local villages to participate in robot competitions to improve students' self-confidence and sense of achievement. During the implementation of the plan, a national WRO robot national competition focusing on a world-focused topic will be introduced. This year's topic is "climate" as the main axis. Through the guided learning, a scientific learning course will be incorporated into the indigenous tribal robots of the hometown. In the process of planning, through the robotics training and teaching, the science content of the target group is provided. Through the teacher study and student science popularization courses, teachers and students from the indigenous tribe of the rural villages are encouraged to show their learning results by preparing and participating in competitions. During the execution of the plan, the WRO 2020 Taiwan selection contest will be held in conjunction with the energy of the Taiwan ESUN Robot Association to select the best players in the country, and to conduct elite training courses for the needs of the players, in order to have the ability to communicate internationally on behalf of the country to participate in international WRO robot competitions abroad.
