| 摘要: | 本研究是探討芭蕾軸轉（Pirouette'）的動作分析。研究包括芭蕾軸轉動作之基本觀念，蹲在旋轉中的作用，旋轉動作中身體重心平衡及控制能力等。分析旋轉動作時的軌跡及了解舞者的身體，對提高芭蕾軸轉（Pirouette'）動作的完整性，幫助舞者建立芭蕾軸轉（Pirouette'）動作的正確動力，進而提升軸轉動作的質量。
研究方法是採用動作分析系統（motion analysis system）及測力板等運動生物力學儀器設備，對芭蕾軸轉（Pirouette'）的旋轉基礎動作，結合運動學的研究方法，整個動作的各個階段指標數據做為重心穩定性、環節運動速度的特徵，舞姿、動力和重心軸是構成舞蹈旋轉技巧的三大要素。探討旋轉動作完成情況變化，藉此研究分析動作技術要點的影響因素，運用這項研究技術作為軸轉（Pirouette'）的訓練增強動作修正的依據。舞者訓練效果的診斷或檢視，提供教師及舞者對動作要領及著地策略有更進一步之認識。因此，運用生物力學理論和分析芭蕾基本動作軸轉的基本技術結構，其研究結果發現芭蕾軸轉動作，應控制身體在三維空間的位移幅度，從身體重心前後、左右的偏離程度越小，表明身體轉動的穩定性越好。透過動作分析技術評價動作優劣，以科學的方法和量化手段指導訓練，不斷提高難度動作的穩定性，分析了解軸轉動作因素，作為芭蕾舞蹈教學、動作訓練的優化依據。
This research is discusses the ballet axis to transfer (the Pirouette') movement analysis. The research transfers (the Pirouette') movement including the ballet axis the basic idea, demi-plie in the revolving function, in the revolving movement the bodily center of gravity balance and control and so on.
