本研究目的在探究正念與網路成癮之相關,及人際關係調節正念與網路成癮之相關情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,利用google表單將「台灣版五因素正念量表」、「中文網路成癮量表修訂版」,及「真實人際關係量表」製作成網路問卷。經由實徵資料來檢驗正念與網路成癮之相關性,及人際關係之調節效果。本研究採取便利抽樣方式來選取參與者,以18-24歲之學生為參與者,有效分析問卷共300份。在統計分析上,進行描述性統計、相關,及階層迴歸分析。結果發現本研究假設一:「正念與網路成癮呈現負相關」獲得支持;假設二:「人際關係高者,正念與網路成癮間之負相關小於人際關係低者。」未獲得支持。本研究結果可瞭解正念與網路成癮間的關係,及人際關係之調節效果狀況。最後,本論文根據本研究結果,進行解釋與建議,提供未來研究與實務之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and internet addiction, and interpersonal relationships as a moderator. The independent variable in this study is the trait of mindfulness; the dependent variable is Internet addiction, and the interpersonal relationships is the moderator variable. This study used a questionnaire survey method , and used the google form including "Taiwanese Version of the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire", "Chen Internet Addiction Scale", and "True Interpersonal Relationship Scale". Using hierarchical regression analysis to test the correlation between mindfulness and internet addiction, and interpersonal relationships moderate the relationship between mindfulness and internet addiction. The study used a convenient sampling method to select participants, with 18-24 year old students as the participants, and 300 valid questionnaires. The results of this study show that the mindfulness is negative correlation with internet addiction, which supported hypothesis 1: "The mindfulness are negatively correlated with Internet addiction" were supported. Hypothesis 2: "the higher tendency of interpersonal relationships, which show that the negative correlation between mindfulness and internet addiction less than the lower of interpersonal relationships" which was not supported. The results of this study can understand the relationship between mindfulness traits and Internet addiction, and the moderation effects of interpersonal relationships. Finally, based on the results of this study, the implications and suggestions were discussed for future research and practice.
