本研究旨在探討負面情感性、預防定向、反生產工作行為及知覺組織支持間的關係。研究採用匿名式問卷調查法,以公司之在職員工為研究對象,不限特定產業,共計回收有效問卷140份。研究結果顯示:(1)負面情感性正向影響預防定向;(2)預防定向負向影響反生產工作行為;(3)負面情感性正向影響反生產工作行為;(4)負面情感性經由預防定向之中介負向影響反生產工作行為;(5)知覺組織支持對於負面情感性與預防定向關係的干擾效果不顯著。本研究討論研究發現在理論與實務管理上之意涵。
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among negative affectivity, prevention focus, counterproductive work behavior and perceived organizational sup-port. The samples were the full time employees from various industries. Total 140 effective data were collected via anonymous survey. The results demonstrate: (1) negative affectivity positively affects prevention focus; (2) prevention focus negatively affects counterproductive work behavior; (3) negative affectivity positively affects counterproductive work behavior; (4) The negative affect of negative affectivity on counterproductive work behavior was mediated through prevention focus; (5) the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between negative affectivity and prevention focus was not significant. This research discusses the implications of theory and managerial practices.
