柔道是日本傳統的武道運動之一,也是目前在世界上推廣得最成功的武道運動。柔道運動經過一百多年的發展,目前已是奧運會及亞運會的正式項目之一。在大小國際柔道賽會中,與我國同為東亞國家的韓國與日本均是柔道比賽的常勝軍,經常囊括多數的獎牌。究其原因,除了在學校教育階段就有人數相當龐大的基層選手之外,在選手自學校畢業進入社會後有職業柔道隊可以接納選手以延續選手的競賽生涯也是一個相當重要的關鍵。有鑒於此,對職業柔道隊的發展作詳細的探討與研究有其必要性,此對柔道的發展可說是至關的重要。因此,本研究目的在藉由探討日本國內最知名的職業女子柔道隊之一,小松會社職業柔道隊的發展過程,來深入瞭解其對日本女子職業選手就訓練及生涯發展過程的影響。再進一步引進日本職業柔道隊對女子柔道選手運動生涯的規劃和發展趨勢,提供國內的選手、教練及其它相關單位作為參考。本研究採文獻分析與歷史研究法,蒐集相關文獻與史料,加以歸納探討。

Judo is one of the traditional Japanese martial arts, and also the most successfully promoted Budo sport. Judo sport has been developed for over 100 years and is one of the main sports in Olympics and Asian Games. In many kinds of international events, Japanese and Korean teams are usually the most powerful ones and won the most medals, although these two countries are also located in East Asia area as Taiwan. About this phenomenon, one of the important reasons is, besides there are huge number of Judo athletes in the domestic basic school clubs, there are also many professional Judo teams to accommodate Judo athletes after they graduate from schools to continue their sport life. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the development of professional teams because it is very essential for the development of Judo sport. Henceforth, in this study, we want to investigate one of the most famous Japanese woman professional Judo teams, Woman Judo Team of KOMATSU Company, to deeply realize the effects of the professional teams on the training of sport life of woman Judo athletes. Here we adopt the method of literature analysis and historical research to collect related literature and historical documents. After summarizing and investigating these materials, and together with introducing the sport life plan and trend of the professional womana Judo athletes, we can provide some useful advises to domestic athletes, coaches, and other related official offices.
