    Title: 鋁合金6061-T6微孔鑽削之積屑研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在鋁合金6061-T6微孔鑽削積屑研究,鋁合金6061-T6工件,因特殊原因在進行∅1 mm微孔鑽削時,無法大量添加切削液,只能進行乾切削或是微量添加切削液而易產生積屑(Built-up Edge),故本研究以數種不同乾切削方式及兩種不同性質切削液以微量添加方式進行,找尋適當之切削條件。
    研究方法為,使用新加工法,控制進給力量,對完整去除人工時效氧化層之鋁合金,進行乾切削實驗及數種不同微量添加切削液實驗,比較出鑽削時間及積屑百分比之差異,以及找出減少BUE之適當切削條件。
    經由多次實驗結果可得出五項結論,第一項為鑽頭靜點越小百分比越大則切削能力越弱,鑽削難度越高。第二項為鑽削過程中產生之積屑會影響孔之形狀及鑽削時間,第三項為微量添加切削液亦能有效減少積屑產生。第四項為以同樣切削液加工,則微量油滴效果較好。第五項為以同樣微量添加切削液方式,則水溶性切削液效果較好。
    The study of Built-up Edge using Aluminum Alloy 6061-T6 Microdrilling, Aluminum alloy 6061-T6 products, for special reason when ∅1 mm Microdrilling, could not add a large amount of cutting fluid, only dry cutting or adding a small amount of cutting fluid so it is easy to produce Built-up Edge,therefore,this study uses several different dry cutting methods and two kinds of cutting oils with different properties are added in trace amounts, find the appropriate cutting conditions.
    The research method is to use a new processing method to control the thrust force, for aluminum alloy with complete removal of artificial aging oxide coating, carry out cutting experiments and several different of adding cutting oil experiments, compare the difference between drilling time and chip percentage, and find the appropriate cutting conditions to reduce BUE.
    Five conclusions can be obtained through the results of multiple experiments, the first project is the smaller the chisel edge of the drill,the percentage is bigger, the second project is produce Built-up Edge during drilling will affect the shape of the hole and the drilling time, the third project is small amount of cutting oil can reduce the Built-up Edge, The fourth project is processing with the same cutting oil, small amount of cutting oil is better, the fifth project is to add cutting oil in the same amount, water soluble cutting fluid is better.
