    Abstract: 本研究主要在探討社團活動的參與對弱勢學童學習成就的影響,瞭解社團活動對弱勢學童的正面價值。以立意抽樣選取臺北市某國小,透過次級資料整理、深入觀察、訪談等質性研究方式,並以兒童權益保障的角度及社會投資的觀點解析。主要研究結果為:
    一、弱勢學童參與社團活動,除了對課業的學習成就提升無顯著效益外,對於專業知能、生活習慣、 人格發展、休閒觀念及生涯啟迪均有正向的學習效益。
    二、課餘時間的侷限性、經濟付費因素、教師背後的支持及學校的管理模式均是影響弱勢學童參與社團活動的變因。
    三、社團活動以自主學習為中心的人力投資,可以打破弱勢學童世代貧窮的循環,是社會投資的亮點。
    This research is mainly to explore the influence of the participation of club activities on the learning achievements of disadvantaged students, and to understand the positive value of club activities to disadvantaged students. Select a certain elementary school in Taipei by intentionally sampling, through qualitative research methods such as secondary data collation, in-depth observation, and interviews, and analyze from the perspective of child rights protection and social investment. The main findings are:
    1.The participation of disadvantaged students in community activities, in addition to no significant benefit to the improvement of academic learning achievements, has positive learning benefits for professional knowledge, living habits, personality development, leisure concepts and career enlightenment.
    2.The limitations of extra-curricular time, the factors of financial payment, the support behind teachers and the management model of the school are all factors that affect the participation of disadvantaged students in the activities of the community.
    3.The human resources investment centered on self-study in community activities can break the cycle of poverty for generations of disadvantaged students and is the highlight of social investment.
