    摘要: 本研究旨在研究斜槓心理師其生涯實踐之歷程與特徵,瞭解心理師在嘗試斜槓生涯中如何發展心理專業與另外一項專業,並在相異不同專業領域中實務發展、探尋生命主題之實踐歷程與特徵。本研究以質性研究之敘事研究方法,採用半結構式訪談五位研究參與者,皆為目前有一份以上與助人領域相異且非專職工作之斜槓心理師,進行生涯實踐歷程之深度訪談,並以「整體─內容」分析方法進行資料整理,歸納核心主題與敘說經驗,得到研究結果如下:
    「斜槓心理師的生涯實踐歷程」可分為四個階段:首先為「單一生涯發展期」,因緣際會與心理學相遇,並在助人工作中逐漸感受到心理工作的意義性,而建立對於心理專業的生涯承諾,開始朝心理師專業持續發展。再者是「斜槓生涯發展期」,因為偶發事件的邀請而嘗試踏出斜槓的第一步,在嘗試斜槓的過程中面對經濟、資源、專業成長的焦慮與磨練。接著是「探索與交互作用期」,心理師整理不同的專業知識與經驗之間的交互作用,漸漸開始更多機會構思與嘗試自己相異專業的結合,整理自己在斜槓中的迷茫與不安並轉化成對專業工作的重要意義感;最後是「生涯融合實踐期」,不同專業之間會相互的整合,並且在實務工作中發展心理師對於助人專業的實務需求與生涯願景,而逐漸嘗試與實踐異業結合的嶄新工作型態。
    「斜槓心理師於多種專業實踐之特徵」可分為三個部分:多種專業間相互的影響,不同專業知識與實務經驗的融合,發展出擁有不同特色的專業樣貌;面對斜槓發展的未知與不確定,勇於嘗試和把握機會的精神;在專業融合的過程裡面,多重專業的工作實務探索中,重新整合個人的生涯願景,發展個人獨特的生涯故事。
    本研究結果建議斜槓應視為個人在生涯發展中以多重專業領域作為自我實現途徑,探討生涯願景發展與整合之歷程,依據本研究結果,提供心理師或規劃嘗試斜槓者以及未來相關研究之研究限制與建議。
    The study aims to understand the slash career development of counselors between counseling and another expertise as well as the process and characteristics of exploration in different professions. In-depth semi-structured interviews of narrative research were conducted to collect data from five slashie therapists with non-helping professions part-time job. A holistic-content approach was used to analyze career practice pathway and construct core themes.
    The results show the career practice pathway can be divided into four stages: (1) Single Career Development: Participants learned about psychology and committed to counseling professions after knowing the meaning of mental health work. (2) Slash Career Development: Participants started slash career due to random event and encounter anxiety related to finance, recourse, and growth. (3) Exploration and Interaction: Participants integrated knowledge and experiences from varying expertise and developed meaningfulness in slash career. (4) Integration Practice: Participants developed visions in helping professions and constructed new career type.
    The results also show three characteristics of slash practice: (1) Unique professions were developed under interacted impact of different fields. (2) Courage to seize opportunities were demonstrated to face the uncertainty in slash career. (3) Individual career story was developed during exploration and integration of varying expertise.
    Results of the study suggest slash as a way to integrate varying expertise and achieve self-fulfillment. Limitations and suggestions for future research and for slash counselors were also proposed.
