摘要: | 本研究旨在探討義務「張老師」在背景變項、正向心理特質、生涯調適力與輔導自我效能之關係,並以生涯調適力為中介變項,了解其中介效果。本研究以五個分事務所的義務「張老師」為研究對象,以「行動價值長處評估量表-72題版」、「生涯調適能力量表臺灣版」和「輔導自我效能量表」為研究工具,以分層方便取樣的方式發放電子問卷進行調查,共回收232份有效問卷。並以皮爾遜相關分析、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析和拔靴法進行資料分析。
本研究主要發現(1)不同性別、年齡、服務年資、背景學歷的義務「張老師」之正向心理特質有顯著差異;(2)不同性別、年齡和服務年資的義務「張老師」之生涯調適力有顯著差異;(3)不同性別、年齡、服務年資、最高學歷、背景學歷的義務「張老師」之輔導自我效能有顯著差異;(4) 義務「張老師」的二十四項正向心理特質與生涯調適力有顯著相關;(5) 除審慎外,義務「張老師」的其他二十三項正向心理特質與輔導自我效能皆有顯著相關;(6) 義務「張老師」的生涯調適力與輔導自我效能有顯著相關;(7)義務「張老師」的二十四項正向心理特質對輔導自我效能都有正向預測效果;(8) 義務「張老師」的二十四項正向心理特質對生涯調適力都有正向預測效果;(9)義務「張老師」的生涯調適力對輔導自我效能具有正向預測效果,其中生涯控制和生涯信心對輔導自我效能也具有正向預測效果;(10)義務「張老師」的生涯調適力對二十四項正向心理特質和輔導自我效能有顯著的中介效果。
本研究結果有助於了解正向心理特質與輔導自我效能,以及生涯調適力的中介效果。最後提出若干建議,供未來實務與研究參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between background variables, positive strengths, career adaptability and counseling self-efficacy of Teacher Chang’s Counseling volunteers, and use career adaptability as mediation to understand the mediation effect. This study takes "Teacher Chang" who service at five branch offices as the research object, and takes the "VIA-72", "Career adaptabilities scale—Taiwan form" and "Counseling Self-Efficiency Scale" as research tools. A total of 232 valid questionnaires are recovered. Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis and bootstrapping were used for data analysis.
This study mainly found that (1) there are significant differences in the positive strengths with different genders, ages, years of service, the highest or the current department of study; (2) the career adaptability of “Teacher Chang” with different genders, ages and years of service is significant differences; (3) There is a significant difference in the counseling self-efficacy with different genders, ages, years of service, highest education, highest or current enrollment; (4) positive strengths are significantly related to career adaptability; (5) In addition to prudence, the other 23 positive strengths are significantly related to counseling self-efficacy; (6)career adaptability is significantly related to counseling self-efficacy; (7)each of positive strengths has positive predictive effect on counseling self-efficacy; (8)each of positive strengths has a positive predictive effect on career adaptability; (9) career adaptability has a positive predictive effect on counseling self-efficacy, and also career control and career confidence have positive predictive effects on counseling self-efficacy; (10) career adaptability was able to mediate the relation of positive strengths and counselling self-efficacy.
The results of this study help to understand the positive strengths and counseling self-efficacy, as well as the mediating effect of career adaptability. Finally, put forward some suggestions for practice and research reference. |
