    題名: 熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯/無機粉體複合材料之製備與性質研究

    摘要: 本論文研究旨在使用熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic polyure-thane ,TPU)和玻璃纖維粉(Glass fiber powder)、滑石粉(Talcum powder)、碳酸鈣(CaCO3,Calcium carbonate),經熔融混練機均勻混合形成奈米複合材料,再探討此奈米複合材料之加工製程、光學性質、物理性質、機械性質、熱性質及動態機械性質。
    實驗中所使用的高分子複合材料由熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯樹酯依比例添加玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣5、10、15phr放入熔融混練機混練(每100g的TPU:5g、10g、15g的玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣)之複合材料。
    探討添加不同克數的玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣對熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯之複合材料的光譜分析(拉曼、FT-IR、XRD)、機械性質(抗張、耐衝擊、耐磨耗、硬度)、熱性質(TGA、VST、MI)和熱動態性質(DMA)。
    實驗結果得知,透過傅立葉紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)觀察是否帶有目標官能基;熱重分析儀(TGA)無機粉體在試片中的含量;粒徑分析觀察三種無機粉體的粒徑大小;掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察出具有良好分散性能。添加玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣會提升此奈米複合材料之熱性質,耐熱性也提升更加顯著。在機械性質方面,抗張強度、耐衝擊強度、硬度也因玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣的添加而提升。因此本次研究顯示添加玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣可以達到強化熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯/無機粉體複合材料的效果。
    This project object is use the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate to uniformly mix the composites were uniformly mixed by a melt kneading machine, and the processing, optical properties, physical properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the nanocompo-sites were investigated. Surface modified modifier is used 3-(Trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (MPS). It was grafted onto the surface of glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate, and it was verified by FT-IR, TGA, XRD whether the modification was successful.
    The polymer composite used in the experiment was prepared by adding glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate in proportion to thermoplastic polyurethane resin. 5、10、15 phr of a composite compounded in a melt kneader (TPU per 100 g: 5g、10g、 15g of glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate.)
    Study on the spectral analysis (Raman, FT-IR, XRD),optical properties (transparency),mechanical properties (tensile, impact, wear resistance, hardness) thermal properties (TGA, VST, MI) and thermal dynamic proper-ties (DMA).of glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate on different thermoplastic composites with different grams. The particle size analysis observes the particle size of the three inorganic powder size. SEM showed good dispersion properties. The addition of glass fiber powder、talc pow-der、calcium carbonate will enhance the thermal properties of this composite, and the heat resistance is also improved. In terms of mechanical properties, tensile strength, impact strength and hardness are also enhanced by the ad-dition of glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate.
    Therefore, this study shows that the addition of glass fiber powder、talc powder、calcium carbonate can achieve the effect of strengthening thermo-plastic polyurethane/ lnorganic powder composite.
