    摘要: 本研究旨在探討瞭解藝術介入會談的過程透過藝術創作來表達分手失落經驗及其產生的影響,以及在會談過程形成調適的歷程,進而提供大學生個案重新整理失落經驗的機會。
    本研究以個案研究法為主,針對一位大學三年級,失戀三個多月的案主進行藝術介入會談,每週一次,每次70分鐘,共計12次。每次會談中進行藝術創作、分享及會談,並於會談結束前以智慧型手機紀錄作品影像。研究者於每次會談後進行反思並與督導討論,同時整理會談逐字稿、作品影像、研究者反思札記及督導紀錄成為研究結果。
    研究結果顯示藝術介入會談幫助分手失落者透過藝術創作抒發感受,其中為以下三個方式,分別為藝術媒材作為投注情感的媒介、藝術創作非語言溝通的特性,以及藝術作品具體外化失落經驗。此外,藝術介入會談形成調適之過程在於藝術介入會談有助於面對真實自我,其中為以下三個方式,分別為透過藝術作品能看見心中失落,藝術創作亦能覺察內在需求,藉由藝術介入會談看見正項特質。最後,藝術創作協助重新整理失落經驗,其中為以下三個方式,分別為藝術創作提供安全抒發管道、藝術作品跨域時空整了過去、現在與未來,最後藝術創作重新整合生命經驗。研究者依據研究結果提出結論與建議,僅供相關研究人員與實務工作者參考。
    The study is mainly to understand the process of art in counseling to express the lost experience of breaking up and its impact, as well as the formation of adjustment process during the sessions, and then provide the client to reframe the lost experience.
    This research using case study. It involves twelve sessions of art in counseling with a third grade college student who has been broken up for more than three months. It has 70 minutes each session once a week. Each session will be have art making, share and talk. The researcher will take photo to record the art making works. After each session, researcher reflects and discuss with the supervisor. At the same time, the researcher analyzes the verbatim text, works images, researchers' reflection notes and supervision records become the results of the study.
    The results of the study shows that arts in counseling can help the broken-up client express her feelings through artistic creation. It among three ways, including the use of artistic media as a projection for emotions, the non-verbal communication characteristics of artistic creation, and the specific externalized lost experience of artistic works . In addition, the process of art in counseling help client to face the true self. It among three ways, including the lost can be seen through the art work, and the artistic creation can also perceive the internal needs. Through art in counseling the client saw her positive characteristics. Finally, art creation assists in reframing the lost experience, it among three ways, art making provides a safe expression channel .It crosses domain time and space adjustment of art works in the past, present and future. Finally, art creation reintegrates life experience. The researcher makes conclusions and suggestions based on the research results, which are for further study and practical workers.
