    摘要: 本研究目的在於探討兒童經歷過喪親事件後,由家扶基金會構關懷介入復原歷程,研究目的為:一、探討喪親兒童經歷創傷復原歷程;二、探討臺灣家庭扶助基金會如何協助喪親兒童;三、喪親兒童如何看待與感受這些經驗。本研究邀請三位受訪者敘說其喪親及復原經驗,並採用敘說研究方法歸納出受訪者的喪親與復原生命歷程、家扶基金會的關懷經驗。從文本中將受訪者的喪親歷程整理為「喪親前」、「喪親後」、「進入家扶基金會之前」、「進入家扶基金會之後」四個階段進行分析。本研究結果如下:
    一、喪親兒童經歷創傷復原歷程,包括四個時期:
    (一)交織包覆:愛或疏離的關係層疊。
    (二)裂帛火光:日常與關係轉瞬間泯滅。
    (三)負傷蟄伏:掙扎釐出生活與親子關係的出路。
    (四)補衲新幕:彌合傷口與資源,耕拓人生路。
    二、臺灣家庭扶助基金如何協助喪親兒童:
    家扶基金會的協助分為三大層面:穩定生活、教育提升與專業助人工作。在第一層面「穩定生活」中,家扶中心採用認養人制度,穩定喪親受扶家庭的經濟來源,與社區結合舉辦各樣活動,邀請喪親受扶兒參與,培養正向經驗,使孩子享有平等受教權並發展長才;第二層面為「教育提升」,運用學習資源協助計畫、獎助學金等計畫,協助喪親受扶兒安心就學,並專心課業上的學習。第三層面為「專業助人工作」,藉由社工陪伴同理,協助喪親受扶兒走出傷痛歷程,適應新生活。
    在本研究中發現,喪親兒童因次級失落產生自卑與轉介分離議題,也獲得家扶基金會的關懷協助。三位受訪者中皆經歷到因喪親帶來的次級失落,一是次級失落形成弱勢環境衍生出自卑議題;二是只有一位受訪者經歷,為機構間轉介造成次級失落與分離議題。
    The purpose of this research is to explore the rehabilitation process of the children who have experienced bereavement incidents after Taiwan Fund for Children and Families providing them care and intervention. The purpose of the research is: 1. To explore the processes of bereaved children undergoing traumatic recovery. 2. Explore how Taiwan Family Support Fund assists bereaved children, and 3. How bereaved children treat and feel these experiences. In this research, three interviewees were invited to describe their bereavement and recovery experience, and then use narrative research method to summarize the interviewees ' bereavement and recovery processes, and the caring ecperiences form Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. From the text, the interviewees' bereavement processes are organized into "before bereavement", "after bereavement", "before entering taiwan Fund for Children and Families", "after entering taiwan Fund for Children and Families" four stages for analysis. The results of this research are as follows:
    1. Bereaved children experience traumatic healing processes, including four periods:
    (1) The intertwined relationship of love or alienation.
    (2) Daily routines and relationships disappear in an instant.
    (3) Struggling to figure out the way out from life and parent-child relationship.
    (4) Bridging wounds and resources, and cultivating life.
    2. How does Taiwan Fund for Children and Families assist bereaved children:
    The assistance of Taiwan Fund for Children and Families is divided into three levels: stable life, education and professional help. In the first level of “stable life”, Taiwan Fund for Children and Families uses an adopter system to stabilize the financial source of the bereavement families. Organize various activities with the community, invite bereaved children to participate in the activities to cultivate positive experience, and enable children to receive equal rights to teach and develop talents; the second level is to “enhance education”, use learning resources to assist projects, scholarships and other projects . Assist bereaved children to go to school with peace of mind and concentrate on their academic work. The third level is “professional help work”. With the accompant and empathy from social workers, help bereaved children to get out of the painful processes and adapt to the new life.
    In this research, it was found that the inferiority and separation issues of bereaved children had due to secondary loss are also received assistances from Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. All the three interviewees experienced secondary losses due to bereavement. All three interviewees experienced secondary losses due to bereavement, andall the interviewees had inferiority issues due to secondary losses .Only one interviewee had experienced the separation issues of inter-agency referral that result in secondary losses.
