    題名: 碳水化合物漱口對划船遞增負荷運動表現與神經肌肉的影響

    摘要: 目的:探討利用碳水化合物漱口對划船遞增負荷運動表現與神經肌肉的影響。方法:本研究招募12位青年男性划船選手,以交叉隨機方式分別進行四種不同實驗處理。實驗處理包括運動前碳水化合物漱口處理、運動中碳水化合物處理、運動前運動中碳水化合物處理及安慰劑處理四種,在划船測功儀上進行每階2分鐘,每階增加50W的非連續性遞增負荷划船運動測驗時,間隔30秒靜態恢復。實驗過程中,以肌電儀檢測下肢股四頭肌與股二頭肌的運動神經元招募情況。另外,實驗過程同時蒐集運動自覺量表 (RPE) 與心跳率等生理指標,評估實驗處理介入後運動強度與生理變化之情況。本研究所得各項資料,以描述性統計建立受試者各項基本資料,以二因子變異數分析 (two-way ANOVA),考驗各項指標在四種實驗處理間的差異,當統計達顯著水準p < .05時,以Bonferroni事後比較法進行分析。結果:划船遞增負荷的功率、槳頻與距離在四種實驗處理間,皆未達顯著差異。在神經肌肉中的中位頻率部分,股內側肌、股外側肌在四種實驗處理間均有顯著差異 (p < .05)。結論:本研究結果發現碳水溶液漱口可以提升腿後肌肉神經的活化,然而對於神經肌肉的活化並不會影響遞增負荷的運動表現。
    Purpose : To investigate the Effects of Carbohydrate mouth rinse on incremental exercise performance and neuromuscular function. Methods : Twelve youth rower were voluntarily recruited in this repeated measure and crossover designed study. In this study, participants were tested by rowing ergometers. During the test, discontinuous graded exercise test on a rowing ergometer incremented by 50 W for each 2 min stage. All participants were requested to perform four different treatments, including ingestion of pre-exercise carbohydrate mouth rinse handling, carbohydrate mouth rinse in exercise, all time carbohydrate mouth rinse exercise, and placebo. The CON treatment was without any mouth rinse while were with 10mml/L carbohydrate rinse their mouth for 10 sec and then ingestion before the test and during recovery time. Power output, stroke rate and electromyography (EMG) was recorded during the sprints. rating of perceived exertion (RPE) were measured after each sprint. Results : The power, paddle frequency and distance of the incremental load of rowing did not reach significant difference among the four experimental treatments. In the median frequency of neuromuscular, the vastus medialis and vastus lateralis were significantly different between the four experimental treatments (p < .05). Conclusion : The results of this study found that carbohydrate mouth rinse can improve the activation of muscle nerves behind the legs. However, the neuromuscular activation of does not affect the performance of increasing loads.
