摘要: | 正念 (Mindfulness) 的概念起源於印度佛教,是一種個人意識的狀態,強調自我心靈的清靜與專注。主要目的要自我成長,學習自我探索,了解自我學習的方式和自我療癒的過程。而長期的工作倦怠則對於員工會引起身心疲憊,以及組織營運造成停滯不前。因此需要提升正念的行為,來強化員工身心靈的健康,減緩工作倦怠的提高。此外,人們在工作場所內,藉由應對行為方式的中介,來減少工作倦怠的產生,讓個人與組織的目標連結,創造溫馨且有前景的企業。
本研究以臺灣地區產業員工共計449人為受試對象,採用分層隨機抽樣方式,透過該產業人力資源部門協助發放。基於統計資料,採用描述性分析、T檢定及單因子變異數分析、相關性分析和迴歸分析等方法,進行實證研究。
研究結果發現,因應個人正念的態度,在面對工作倦怠的情形下,透過應對方式的差異,可以有效調整工作倦怠的心理及行為因素。即:
(一)員工正念的態度可以調整工作倦怠的影響程度。正念與工作倦怠存在負相關關係。
(二)員工正念的態度與應對方式之應用有相關性。正念與應對方式(積極型及消極型)存在正向相關關係。
(三)員工因應正念的態度,透過應對方式調整與工作倦怠行為有相關性。正念透過應對方式(積極型)的中介可以減低工作倦怠之產生,與工作倦怠存在負相關關係。
The concept of mindfulness originated from Indian Buddhism, which is a state of personal consciousness, emphasizing the tranquility and concentration of self mind. The main purpose is to self grow, learn self exploration, understand the way of self-learning and the process of self healing. And long-term job burnout will cause physical and mental fatigue to employees, as well as stagnation in organization and operation. Therefore, we need to enhance the mindfulness behavior to strengthen the physical and mental health of employees and slow down the improvement of job burnout. In addition, people in the workplace, through the intermediary of coping behavior, can reduce the generation of job burnout, let individuals and the organization's goal link, and create warm and promising enterprises.
In this study, a total of 449 industrial employees in Taiwan were selected and distributed by stratified random sampling with the assistance of Human Resources Department of the industry. Based on statistical data, descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to conduct empirical research.
The results show that in the face of job burnout, coping attitude can effectively adjust the psychological and behavioral factors of job burnout. Namely:
(1)The positive attitude of employees can adjust the influence of job burnout.
Mindfulness and job burnout are negative correlation.
(2)The attitude of employees' mindfulness is related to the application of coping
styles. There is a positive correlation between mindfulness and coping styles.
(3)There is a correlation between the attitude of coping with mindfulness, the adjustment of coping style and job burnout. Mindfulness can reduce the generation of job burnout through machine polar coping style, which has a negative correlation with job burnout. |
