本研究係自1949年兩岸分別經歷了領導人變遷及社會、政治、經濟、文化的各項轉變，使當今的兩岸問題較1949年當下受到更多外力因素影響，但兩岸關係隨至今全球化社會的成形，不再只是兩岸自身的問題而是受到全球各國共同矚目的國際議題，同時也牽動著兩岸政治時事的神經，隨時間推移至今的兩岸問題面正面臨著與以往不同的挑戰，而本研究將由大陸視角去探討解析2012年習近平上台後中國大陸對台工作的變化，並透過個案研究「海峽兩岸青年交流協會」，試圖勾勒出習近平時期的兩岸青年工作與前過往有什麼不同，研究中透過群際接觸理論觀點佐以「海青會」等相關人員的結構式訪談內容做出分析，利求使本研究更加貼近本研究重點的真實面貌。
Since 1949, the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have experienced the changes of leaders and social, political, economic and cultural changes, which makes the cross-Strait issues more affected by external factors than in 1949.
