    摘要: 目的:本研究旨於探討苦味劑漱口對單次無氧動力測驗對運動表現以及肌肉電訊號造成之影響。方法:本研究以12名男性優秀划船選手為研究對象 (年齡,17.6 ± 1.0歲;身高,174.3 ± 5.1公分;體重,73.2 ± 7.3公斤)。以重複量數、隨機平衡次序讓所有受試者分別接受三種不同的實驗處理,包括苦味劑漱口處理 (2mmol/L, BSRI)、碳水化合物漱口處理 (6.4%, CSRI) 以及不漱口處理 (CON),每次實驗處理後,會進行5分鐘的標準化熱身,而後進行單次30秒溫蓋特衝刺。結果:30秒溫蓋特衝刺測驗的動力學指標中,總距離 (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 175.04 ± 8.67 m vs. 173.63 ± 8.00 m vs. 175.58 ± 7.49 m)、峰值功率 (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 650.25 ± 98.68 Watts vs. 646.58 ± 97.69 Watts vs. 667.36 ± 93.25 Watts)、動力遞減率 (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 0.16 ± 0.05 vs. 0.18 ± 0.09 vs. 0.23 ± 0.25) 三種不同實驗處理之間皆無顯著差異 (p > .05)。以肌電圖分析,發現BSRI平均頻率的股內側肌 (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 84.99 ± 12.17 Hz vs. 85.64 ± 11.09 Hz vs. 73.80 ± 18.18 Hz) 與中位頻率的肱三頭肌 (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 9.30 ± 1.39 Hz vs. 8.86 ± 1.32 Hz vs. 8.32 ± 1.25 Hz) 均顯著高於CON組 (p < .05),其餘不同處理之間皆無顯著差異。結論:無論是苦味溶液漱口亦或者是碳水化合物溶液漱口皆無法有效提升划船選手單次衝刺運動之運動表現,但有可能改變其神經肌肉功能。
    Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of bitter solution mouth rinse on a single anaerobic test and muscle electrical signals. Method: Twelve male rowers were recruited (age, 17.6 ± 1.0 years ; height, 174.3 ± 5.1 cm ; weight, 73.2 ± 7.3 kg). Subjects were asked to participating three different experimental treatments in the repeated measures, counter balance, including bitter solution mouth rinse treatment (2mmol/L, BSRI), carbohydrate solution mouth rinse treatment (6.4%, CSRI), and no mouth rinse treatment (CON). After each experimental treatment, a standardized warm-up for 5 minutes is performed, followed by a single 30-second Wingate sprint test. Result: In the dynamic index of the 30-second Wingate sprint test, the total distance (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 175.04 ± 8.67 m vs. 173.63 ± 8.00 m vs. 175.58 ± 7.49 m), peak power ( BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 650.25 ± 98.68 Watts vs. 646.58 ± 97.69 Watts vs. 667.36 ± 93.25 Watts), power decline rate (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 0.16 ± 0.05 vs. 0.18 ± 0.09 vs. 0.23 ± 0.25) there was no significant difference between three different treatments (p > .05). Based on EMG analysis, the BSRI mean power frequency on vastus medialis (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 84.99 ± 12.17 Hz vs. 85.64 ± 11.09 Hz vs. 73.80 ± 18.18 Hz) and the median frequency of the triceps brachii (BSRI vs. CSRI vs. CON, 9.30 ± 1.39 Hz vs. 8.86 ± 1.32 Hz vs. 8.32 ± 1.25 Hz) was significantly higher than the CON (p < .05), and there was no significant difference between different treatments. Conclusion: The results of the study found that neither bitter solution rinse or carbohydrate solution rinse might not improve the performance of rowers during a single sprint, but may change their neuromuscular function.
