持續競爭優勢和透過網路行銷汽車零配件是重要的議題,吸引產業主管和學術學者的注意。隨著跨境電子商務的發展,人們透過網路平台交易量越來越多,甚至上網購買來自其他國家產品。本研究試圖發掘關鍵成功要因,採用個案分析,並以紘詮科技作為研究對象。研究方法使用深度訪談法、個案分析法及魚骨圖法,從三個面向如品牌信任形象經營、報價回應技巧、目標市場關鍵字搜索進行討論。試圖探究個案公司為什麼能在短短數年間因為應用電商平台阿里巴巴國際站大量提升其業績,試圖找出其成功關鍵要因,並提出其策略發展各項可能性建議。
Sustainability and auto parts marketing globally via Internet are two important issues attracting attention from industry and academia. Nowadays, more people buying products from Internet, even cross countries become a trend. This study tries to explore critical factors in e-marketplace trading (www.alibaba.com) by taking I Gauge Technology Co., Ltd. as an example. Case analysis and Fishbone diagrams methods are implemented to discuss brand trust image, price quotation skill, keywords sourcing for target markets.
