Abstract:	多數民眾都認為放假應該從事放鬆休閒娛樂的活動來滿足自己，且盡量避免從事勞動工作。但隨著國外打工度假興起，民宿業者也推出在地版的打工度假(如打工換宿)，假期不只是從事放鬆享樂的活動，亦可參與工作換取旅遊當地的機會，邊旅遊邊工作的觀念，又能經由休閒體驗改變生活，而台灣目前在各地有開放打工換宿地方如綠島。近幾年綠島的打工換宿人口成長快速。本研究目的藉由透過參與綠島打工換宿者在當地休閒涉入的程度是否會影響對於綠島目的地意象，以及是否會對綠島產生地方依附及過往對綠島的目的地意象是否會產生地方依附，以及這三種變數是否會影響到重遊意願之間的關係。研究結果發現打工換宿的遊客對休閒涉入認知正向影響其對綠島的目的地意象與地方依附與重遊意願。且對綠島的目的地意象的態度也正向影響其對綠島的地方依附與重遊意願。本研究透過打工換宿的遊客研究對於綠島休閒涉入、目的地意象與地方依附及重遊意願間的關係，不僅可以協助民宿業者更加了解打工換宿遊客的認知與態度，還可以提供想進行打工換宿的遊客相關資訊，並提供民宿業者的學術資訊給予學術討論與實務建議。 Most people believe that during vacations should engage in relaxation activities to satisfy themselves, and avoid engaging in labor work. However, with the rise of working holidays abroad, homestay owners have also launched local versions of working holidays. Holidays are not only activities for relaxation and enjoyment, but also participate in exchange for local opportunities to travel and work. The concept can also change life through leisure experience. Taiwan has open places to work and live currently such as Green Island. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the degree of involvement in local leisure through the migrant workers in Green Island will affect the image of the local destination. Whether it will have a place attachment to the Green Island, the past image of the destination of the Green Island dependence and these three variables will affect the relationship between the revisiting intention. The results of the study found that the worker’s perception of leisure involvement has a positive impact on their destination image, place attachment and intention to revisit Green Island. The attitude towards the destination image of Green Island is also positively affecting its willingness to attach and revisit the place of Green Island. The relationship between Green Island leisure involvement, destination image, local attachment and intention to revisit can not only help the hoteliers to better understand the perception and attitude of migrant workers, but also provide ideas relevant information for tourists who work holiday accommodation.
