| 摘要: | 本研究旨在建構嬰幼兒按摩專業素養之指標，經由相關文獻探討與三位實務指導者半結構式訪談內容，擬定本指標之初稿架構。本研究採用傳統德菲法，敦請德菲問卷內容效度審題專家三位進行指標內容效度審查，以編製此研究之德菲法調查問卷。接續，邀請德菲問卷調查專家十二位，分成實務專家、教育學者等兩組，經三回合德菲法問卷調查並取得共識，建構出嬰幼兒專業按摩素養指標。
本研究共提出結論五項如下：
一、嬰幼兒按摩專業素養指標包含三個層面、八個指標構面與三十個指標細目。
二、嬰幼兒專業按摩素養指標包含嬰幼兒按摩的專業知識、嬰幼兒按摩的專業態度、及嬰幼兒按摩的專業技能共三個層面。
三、專業知識層面包括嬰幼兒發展及嬰幼兒照護二個指標構面及其九個指指標細目。
四、專業態度層面包括瞭解需求、尊重個體及專注投入三個指標構面及其九個指標細目。
五、專業技能層面包括溝通互動、情境營造及按摩技巧三個指標層面及其十二個指標細目。
據此，提出建構嬰幼兒按摩專業素養嬰指標運作以及未來之相關建議。
The purpose of this study was to indicators of infants’ massage professional competency. The first version of the indicators based on literature review and the interview with 3 practitioners. This study based on the traditional Delphi method, with the indicators reviewed by three experts for their content validity, and its Delphi questionnaire prepared according to their review. Subsequently, the indicators of professional infant massage are established based on the discussion and consensus reached by 12 Delphi experts of the relevant field - divided into the practitioner group and academia group - regarding the results of three rounds of Delphi questionnaires.
I. The study put fifth the following conclusions:
1. Indicators of infant massage expertise consist of 3 levels, 8 indicator facets and 30 particulars.
2. Indicators of infant massage expertise consist of 3 levels: knowledge, professionalism, and expertise of infant massage.
3. Knowledge: consists of 2 indicator facets: infant development and infant care, with 9 particulars in subordinate.
4. Professionalism: consists of 3 indicator facets: understanding of needs, respect of individual, and devotion, with 9 particulars in subordinate.
5. Expertise: consists of 3 indicator facets: communication and interaction, atmosphere developing, and massage skill, with 12 particulars in subordinate.
II. Provide practical advises for implementing the indicators relevant to infant provider and staff, and related suggestions for future research. |
