    摘要: 全球各國人口老化越來越嚴重,預估未來台灣在2026年老年邁入超高齡社會,面對高齡社會的來臨導致高齡族群在健康的照護、安全的監控、移動的輔助等相關需求快速增加。
      本研究以相關文獻作為探討的理論基礎,運用資訊系統成功模式、科技接受模式及期望確認理論三項理論之構面進行探討,透過問卷調查法,以結構方程模式進行統計分析。
      研究對象以台灣地區具有資訊、醫療、長照相關人員等相關領域的人員進行研究,問卷採便利抽樣法,總共發放151份問卷,回收有效問卷為141份。
      本研究之貢獻在於所建構人工智慧結合腦機介面資訊系統之模式可作為長期照護產業評估資訊系統成效之參考,成果觀念也可應用於長期照顧以外其他醫療之相關產業。
    The aging populations of countries around the world are becoming more and more serious. It is estimated that in the future, Taiwan will enter an ultra-old age society by 2026. In the face of the advent of the old age society, the related needs of the elderly population in health care, safety monitoring, and mobile assistance will increase rapidly.
      This study uses relevant literature as the theoretical basis for the discussion, using the three theoretical aspects of the success model of information systems success model,technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation theory to conduct a statistical analysis through the structural equation model through questionnaire survey.
      The research object was conducted by people with relevant fields such as in-formation, medical care, and long-term photos in Taiwan. The questionnaire was col-lected by a convenient sampling method. A total of 151 questionnaires were distributed, and 141 valid questionnaires were recovered.
      The contribution of this research is that the model of artificial intelligence combined with brain-computer interface information system can be used as a reference for the long-term care industry to evaluate the effectiveness of information systems, and the concept of results can also be applied to other medical related industries other than long-term care.
