    Abstract: 營造業作為我國經濟發展的重要產業之一,職業災害發生率一直高於其他的產業,本研究透過文獻探討瞭解營造業及其特性,並整理從事營造業所需之教育訓練課程,與營造業常發生之職業災害之預防方法。透過與營造業雇主、職業安全衛生人員以及營造業從業人員進行訪談,瞭解其對於教育訓練之看法以及職業災害發生的概況,包括:公司教育訓練的頻率、方法,發生職業災害的原因,勞工對於教育訓練的反饋,勞工對職業安全教育訓練的看法。最後提出對於營造業教育訓練方法與改善職業災害發生的結論與建議。
    The construction industry as one of the most important industries in Taiwan's economic development, the incidence rate of occupational accident has been higher than other industries. This study explores the scope of the construction industry and it’s characteristic, organize the education and training courses of the construction industry, and the prevention methods of occupational accident that often occur in the industry.
    Through interviews with construction industry employers, occupational safety and health management personnel, and construction industry employees, to understand their viewpoints on education and training and the general situation of occupational accidents.
    Finally, conclusions and suggestions had been made toward the construction industry education and training methods and lower occupational accidents.
