    摘要: 經過2007年至2008年爆發了世界金融危機、次級房貸危機和信用危機,讓金融機構大受影響,客人對於金融機構不信任感增加,近年來,金融機構變化快速,包含金融機構競爭與整合及不斷創新,也產生不同金融服務理念。因此,第一線櫃檯人員的養成是很重要,研究的對象為金融機構的第一線櫃員,調查方式採紙本問卷及電子問卷,其取樣方式為便利取樣,實體問卷共發200份,回收總份數為154份,有效問卷共120份,有效回收率為60%。
      本研究透過廻歸分析將領導風格、團隊成員相似性、任務特性對於團隊凝聚力之影響;經過實證的分析為領導風格、團隊成員相似性、任務特性對於團隊凝聚力之影響皆為正相關且顯著;任務特性對領導風格、轉換型領導、交易型領導、團隊成員相似性與團隊凝聚力的影響不具有調節效果。
      研究之建議:領導者要以身作則、傾聽部屬聲音、透過溝通解決部屬問題,部屬要有同理心、積極態度、愉悅心情來面對每件事情。

Therefore, first line counter personnel's fostering is very important, the research object for the financial organ first line cabinet, the investigation way picks the paper to interrogate the volume and the electronic questionnaire, its sample way is the convenience sample, the entity questionnaire altogether sends 200, recycles the total number of copies is 154, effective questionnaire altogether 120, the effective returns-ratio is 60%.
      This research will penetrate regression analysis to lead the style, the team member similarity, the duty characteristic influence regarding the team cohesive force; After the real diagnosis analysis for the leadership style, the team member similarity, the duty characteristic for is all related influence regarding the team cohesive force also is remarkable; The duty characteristic to the leadership style, the transformation leadership, the transaction leadership, the team member similarity and the team cohesive force influence does not have the adjustment effect.
      Suggestion of the research: The leader wants to set an example, to listen attentively to the subordinate sound, the penetration communication solution subordinate question, the subordinate must have likewise the heart, the positive attitude, the joyful mood comes facing each matter.
