    摘要: 本研究中使用超臨界二氧化碳對紅薏仁進行精油萃取,探討溫度及壓力對精油產率的影響,本次實驗採用了中央合成設計(CCD),對每組實驗的條件因子都設立了五種水準,壓力設計的條件分別為2945psi、3150psi、3650psi、4150psi、4355psi,而溫度設計的條件分別為35.8℃、37℃、40℃、43℃、44.2℃,本實驗之中央合成設計含有2個條件因子,因此會有4個角點,4個軸點及5個中央點,一共有13組實驗。
    實驗結束後,對實驗產物使用SPSS軟體進行變異數分析,再以Excel做二階線性迴歸分析,並使用R語言軟體繪製反應曲面圖,觀察精油的產率在各個因子及因子間交互作用的顯著性,分析後得出本次實驗中最佳的萃取條件。之後與索氏萃取法進行的紅薏仁精油粗脂肪率萃取進行比對,在超臨界二氧化碳萃取法中所得到的精油產率最大值為5.39%,而通過索氏萃取法所得到的精油產率最大值為6.65%。
    將通過超臨界二氧化碳萃取法與索氏萃取法所得到的紅薏仁精油利用傅立葉紅外線光譜儀進行分析,將其進行比較後可以看出兩者的光譜圖並沒有什麼明顯的差異,吸收度較強部分的都相符合,證實了通過兩種萃取法所得到的紅薏仁精油成分是一致的,但在索式萃取法中可以看出有正己烷溶劑的殘留。
    In this study, supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract essential oil from red coix seed, and the effect of temperature and pressure on the yield of essential oil was discussed. This experiment used a central synthetic design (CCD), and set five levels of condition factors for each group of experiments. The conditions of pressure design are 2945psi, 3150psi, 3650psi, 4150psi, 4355psi, and the conditions of temperature design are 35.8℃, 37℃, 40℃, 43℃, 44.2℃. The central synthetic design of this experiment contains 2 condition factors Therefore, there will be 4 corner points, 4 pivot points and 5 central points, for a total of 13 experiments.
    After the experiment, the SPSS software was used to analyze the variance of the experimental products, and then the second-order linear regression analysis was performed with Excel, and the reaction surface graph was drawn using the R language software to observe the significance of the interaction of essential oil yield among various factors and factors. After analysis, the best extraction conditions in this experiment were obtained. After comparison with the crude fat percentage extraction of red coix seed essential oil by Soxhlet extraction, the maximum yield of essential oil obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was 5.39%, while the yield of essential oil obtained by Soxhlet extraction The maximum value is 6.65%.
    The red coix seed essential oil obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method was analyzed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy. After comparing it, it can be seen that there is no obvious difference between the two spectra, and the strong absorption part The results are consistent, confirming that the composition of the essential oil of red coix seed is obtained by the two extraction methods, but in the Soxhlet extraction method, it can be seen that there is a residue of n-Hexane solvent.
