    題名: 應用實驗設計法於超臨界二氧化碳萃取紫蘇油之研究

    摘要: 本研究中利用超臨界二氧化碳從紫蘇籽中進行油的萃取,並且探討壓力與溫度對油產率的影響,在本次實驗中運用中央合成設計(Central Composite Design,CCD)與反應曲面法(Response surface methodology, RSM),每組實驗的條件因子都具有五種水準,實驗過程中,實驗設計的壓力條件為 2795psi、3000psi、3500psi、4000psi 以及 4205psi,溫度條件為 35.8℃、37℃、40℃、43℃以及 44.2℃,因本實驗為 2 因子之中央合成設計,故有 4 個角點,4 個軸點以及重複 5 個中央點實驗。實驗結束後,對結果進行 SPSS 軟體進行變異數分析,探討油的產率在壓力項、溫度項、壓力平方項、溫度平方項、壓力和溫度交互作用項具有顯著性,並且以 Excel 對二階模型進行分析搭配 R 語言程式作圖獲得反應曲面圖形,最後得到本實驗範圍中之最佳操作條件及其產率,之後對比使用索氏萃取法進行紫蘇籽油的粗脂肪率萃取,與超臨界萃取法所得的紫蘇籽油產率是否依一致,並使用FTIR 進行分析兩者所得產物中成分是否有溶劑殘留。
    In this study, supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract oil from perilla seeds, and the effect of pressure and temperature on the yield of essential oils was explored. In this experiment, the Central Composite Design (CCD) and Response Surface Methodology (RSM) were used. The condition factors for each group of experiments were five During the experiment, the pressure conditions of the experimental design are 2795, 3000, 3500, 4000, and 4205, and the temperature conditions are 35.8, 37, 40, 43, and 44.2, because this experiment is a central synthesis of 2 factors design, so there are 4 corner points, 4 axis points and repeat the 5 central point experiments. After the end of the experiment, the SPSS software was used to analyze the variance of the results to explore the significance of the oil production rate in the pressure term,
    temperature term, pressure square term, temperature square term, pressure and temperature interaction terms, and use the R language program for obtain a regression line diagram and a fitted univariate response surface, and finally analyze the second order model with Excel to obtain the best operating conditions and yields in the scope of this experiment, and then compare the crude fat percentage extraction of perilla seed oil using soxhlet extraction method, and supercritical extraction method Whether the yield of perilla seed oil obtained is consistent, and FTIR is used to analyze whether the ingredients in the two products are consistent.
