摘要: | 本研究旨在探討臺北市與新北市托嬰中心托育人員對於學位進修現況、需求與困境的情形及其在「機構特性」與「個人背景」變項上的差異情形。本研究採雪球抽樣法,進行網路問卷調查,回收樣本600份,有效問卷594份,其後進行描述性統計與卡方檢定分析。歸納本研究主要結論如下:
一、 學位進修現況之排序第一位,進修方式為「二技課程」、進修時間為「週末六、日」、進修經費為「全額自費」、訊息獲得管道為「政府或主辦單位公告」。
二、 學位進修需求之排序第一位,進修方式為「就讀研究所課程」、進修時間為「週末六、日」、進修的目為「為提升自身專業能力」。
三、 學位進修困境以「托育及行政工作繁忙,已消耗太多體力與心力」、「上課時間無法配合」、「擔心無法兼顧工作與家庭」之百分比例最高。
四、 學位進修現況、需求與困境之各子項題目,經卡方檢定分析發現,在機構特性及個人背景變項上均分別呈現不同的顯著差異。
五、 依據研究結果,分別對行政主管機關、托嬰中心、托育人員及未來研究,提出建議。
The purpose of this research is to explore the current situation, needs and dilemmas of The Degree Study of caregivers in Taipei & New Taipei City. Aimed at the caregivers of Taipei & New Taipei city Infant Care Centers as the research object. Snowball sampling method in this study a questionnaire survey was conducted online, and a total of 600 copies were collected and 594 valid questionnaires were collected. Finally, the data results are analyzed and discussed. This research obtained the following conclusions:
1. The current status of degree study is ranked first " two-year institute of technology course", The Degree Study time is on "Saturday and Sunday", The Degree Study funding is "full self-pay", and the information channel is obtained from "government or organizer announcement".
2. The demand for of degree study is ranked first "study graduate courses", The Degree Study time is on "Saturday and Sunday", and the purpose of The Degree Study is " to enhance their professional capabilities".
3. The dilemma of degree study is ranked first "the nursery and administrative work is busy, and too much physical and mental energy is consumed", "the class time cannot be matched", and "worry about not being able to balance work and family."
4. The current status, needs, and predicaments of each sub-item of the degree study, the chi-square test analysis found that there are significant differences in the institutional characteristics and personal background variables.
5. Based on the research results, suggestions are made to the administrative authorities, childcare centers, childcare personnel, and future research. |
