基於科技接受模型(TAM)的框架,問卷調查收集數據並通過SPSS進行統計分析。在對假設進行驗證之後,本研究發現,知覺的易用性和有用性對面試官使用即時招募工具的意願產生顯著積極的影響。即時通訊軟體可以幫助企業的人力資源部門對求職者進行快速篩選,縮短面試的等待時間,節省運輸和通話費用,提高招募績效。結果將鼓勵人力資源部門使用即時通訊軟體的意願。
Recruitment is the most time-consuming, labor-intensive and time-consuming activ-ity in human resource management. In the fast and agile business operation, human re-sources management practices are moving toward simpler, faster, and cheaper tools to solve the problem of human recruitment. With the popularization of using mobile phone, there is a global trend of using instant messaging software. Convenient, fast, and instant communication tools for recruitment interviews in human resources departments can provide rapid filtering technique in screen employee. Without limitation of time and distance, this instant communication tool can have immediately select and instant video interview employee.
Based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) aspect as the framework, a questionnaire survey collect data and performed statistical analysis by SPSS. After vali-dating the hypotheses, this study found that perceived ease of use and perceived use-fulness significantly and positively influence on attitude and the users’ intention to use an instant recruitment tool(LINE). The instant message tool can help the human re-sources department of the enterprise to achieve rapid screening of talents employee, shorten the waiting time for interviews and save the cost of transportation and call costs, and improve the recruitment performance.
