    Abstract: 本研究在探討幼兒園大班將跳繩動運動排在課程中,跳繩運動對於大班幼兒提升專注力及柔軟度的影響之探討。本研究以質性訪談方式,訪談家長對於幼兒在幼兒園訓練跳繩訓練後的心情分享,本研究以研究者所任教的園所進行15位大班幼兒為研究對象,於109年2月3日至109年5月15日15週的跳繩課程為主題教學活動。
    研究結果發現,跳繩運動對幼兒專注力及柔軟度有提升,對於數學能力及空間概念及團體互動都有增強的作用。
    This study is to discuss the effect of skipping exercise in the kindergarten class in the curriculum, and the impact of skipping exercise on the concentration and softness of the children in the class. In this study, qualitative interviews were used to share the parents’ feelings about the kindergarten children’s training in the kindergarten training and skipping rope training. The 15-week skipping course on May 15th was themed teaching activity.
    It was found in the research results that the rope skipping exercise improves children's concentration and softness, and enhances mathematical ability, spatial concept and group interaction.
