Graphene which is the new material attracts every industrial attentions recently, and many of its characteristics can combine many industrial areas such as electronic industries, bio-technologies, composite materials, etc. Relatively, in the textile application, it is primary to make use of its heat conduction, heat dissipation, Far Infrared, and antibacterial and deodorant capacity, especially, it can adjust the temperature capacity. When the weather is cold, it can keep warm, in contrast, when the weather is hot, it can have the cool function. Besides, Graphene processing has many ways in textile items, as mixing fibers with Graphene conducts the spinning silk, or processes in the surface of textile by the printing way. This study discusses two parts. The first part studies that Graphene printing changes the printing concentration. The second part studies whether to affect textile functions in different processing ways of Graphene. These are test items: ASEM D7984, FTTS-FA-019, Far Infrared test. By these test, we discover that Graphene printing affects the function of Graphene from the textile weight and Graphene printing changes. As a result, it the best effect that Graphene fibers and masterbatchs make use of the spinning silk way.
