隨著時代潮流的演進，衍生許多相對應的負面影響，其對於現今社會的危害十分明顯，新媒體上傳播的假訊息造成社會與國家層面的問題叢生。本研究主要探討區塊鏈技術架構於台灣新媒體假訊息篩除可行性之關鍵影響誘因，以新媒體的獨特性與區塊鏈技術之應用以建立衡量構面，針對相關研究文獻進行彙整探討，邀請6位專家進行修正式德菲法以收斂專家群之意見，彙整出新媒體使用區塊鏈技術之關鍵影響誘因。研究結果顯示「傳播品質」為傳播業者最應優先考慮的構面，其次為「管理品質」，「受眾品質」排名第三，「經濟品質」則為最末。區塊鏈本身具有的動態性和即時的加密作用有利於新聞行業的版權發展，使得假訊息誕生條件之成本大為增加，大幅提升新聞業整體之版權意識。區塊鏈篩除假新聞係一項全行業需要為之努力的高新科技技術，其應用必將為新聞業帶來煥然一新的風氣。
With the development of technologies’ improvement, we find many bad aspects in the missing news on reality, so that the damage of society is very serious.This study gives us the key to the procedure of filtering the missing news, and I find out many papers and articles in this aspects to refer, I also invite six experts to finish my questionnaires in Modified Delphi Method, as a result, I sum up to the vital points in filtering the missing news on the Internet.
The results of the study show that "communications quality" is the most important aspect of the communication industry, followed by "management quality", "audience quality" ranks third, and "economic quality" is the last. The dynamic nature and real-time encryption of the blockchain itself are conducive to the development of copyright in the news industry, greatly increasing the cost of the conditions for the birth of fake news, and greatly enhancing the overall copyright awareness of the news industry. Blockchain screening out fake news is a high-tech technology that the whole industry needs to work hard for, and its application will definitely bring a new atmosphere to the news industry.
