    Abstract: 近年來人們對運動的熱愛及習慣,健身和日常穿著之間的界限越來越模糊,而為滿足各種機能之訴求,讓服飾除了兼具美觀、機能兩種訴求外,更需滿足基礎卻不可或缺的元素-「舒適性」,為此則需從布料的特性與人體的構造下手,如藉由人體工學、舒適工學的版型技術,並搭配合宜的材質與符合現今的流行趨勢設計。
    研究共分三階段,第一階段進行人體裸身的溫濕度測試,收集產出服飾所需的要素。第二階段則將產出之系列服飾按設計定位進行品質量測,Office及To and from系列之品質量測為縫線滑脫、縫合強力、透氣度及抗紫外線指數,Yoga系列則為服裝壓力、保溫值、降溫效能及運動後寒冷,確保服飾的機能符合使用者之需求。最後一階段則進行主客觀的舒適性測試,驗證產出服裝由真人穿著時,是否符合前兩階段的產出數據。
    經由一系列測試,自行製作的服裝,其舒適度及運動效能均符合規範標準,並讓使用者於日常生活、運動中,不用擔心服裝會對活動產生不便,且於悶熱、流汗等狀況產生時,利用服飾的設計,來輔助、降低不適之感受,藉以延長消費者對於產品的使用期限。
    In recent years, due to people’s love and habits of sports have made the line between fitness and daily wear more blurred. In order to meet the demands of various functions, in addition to make the appeal beauty and functional, also need to meet the basic part – “comfort”. For this, we need to start with the characteristics of the fabric and the structure of the human body, such as the ergonomic and comfortable ergonomic version technology, together with suitable materials and fashion trends.
    The research is divided into three stages. In the first stage, the temperature and humidity of the naked body are tested to collect the necessary elements for the production of clothing. In the second stage is to inspect the quality of finished goods according to the design positioning. The quality of the Office and To and from series is measured as suture slippage, seam strength, air permeability and UV resistance index, and the Yoga series is the pressure of clothing, insulation value, cooling performance and coldness after exercise, to ensure that the function of clothing meets the needs of users. In the final stage, subjective and objective comfort tests are conducted to verify whether the finished have meet the output data of the previous two stages while wearing by people.
    Through a series of tests, the comfort and sports performance of the apparel meets the standards, and allows users to not worry about the inconvenience of activities in daily life and sports.
    In addition, when the conditions such as sultry heat and sweating occur, the design of clothing is used to assist and reduce the discomfort, so as to extend the product life.
