    Abstract: 金融科技近年在全球發展迅速,解決或替代原有的多種金融商業應用,銀行等企業有機會藉助金融科技的創新,提升品質與效率,並可降低成本,提升客戶滿意度。其中,「區塊鏈金融科技」透過加密技術的特性,降低資金在國際間流動的摩擦成本,可強化金融業與其客戶的營運效率。因此,本研究選擇以區塊鏈金融科技作為研究主題。
    本論文以創新生態系統分析為理論基礎,輔以文獻探討、產業報告歸納與專家個案訪談,做為研究方法。分析國際技術發展、台灣產業環境、創新驅動力、政府扮演角色,以及多方交互影響所產生的創新生態體系。個案訪談與分析部分,共計兩個案。分別為發展區塊鏈供應鏈金融的P銀行,以及台灣一家區塊鏈技術解決方案的S公司。S新創公司已接軌國際大型金融體系,並協助台灣數家金控導入新科技,具有金融科技技術面的代表性。
    透過實例訪談,結合創新生態理論分析,得到在政策支持下,金融科技創新、商業模式、市場三大因素需緊密互動連結,方能促成正回饋循環效應的結論。本研究發現商業模式是創新生態系統運作的核心。商業模式可改變商業架構,增強技術創新、商業模式與市場規模之間的關係。區塊鏈供應鏈的金融科技創新透過演進,可持續建立創新商業模式,有助強化台灣產業競爭力。
    Fintech has developed rapidly in the world in recent years. It solves or re-places a variety of original financial business applications. Banks and other enterprises have the opportunity to use Fintech innovation to improve quality and efficiency, re-duce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Among them, "Blockchain Fintech" us-es the characteristics of encryption technology to reduce the cost of friction in the in-ternational flow of funds, which can enhance the operational efficiency of the financial industry and its customers. Therefore, this research chooses Blockchain Financial Technology as the research theme.
    This thesis takes innovation ecosystem analysis as the theoretical basis, supple-mented by literature review, industrial report summary and expert case interviews as research methods. The analyzes covers the innovation ecosystem generated by interna-tional technology development, Taiwan's industrial environment, innovation driving forces, the role of government, and the interaction of multiple parties. Two cases study will conducted in this research. They are P bank, which develops Blockchain Supply Chain Finance, and S company, a Blockchain Technology Solution in Taiwan. S New Ventures has been integrated into the large international financial system, and has as-sisted several financial controls in Taiwan to introduce new technology, which is rep-resentative of the Financial Technology.
    Through the analysis of innovation ecosystem, it is obtained that with the support of policies, the three major factors of Fintech Innovation, Business Model, and Market need to be closely interacted with each other in order to achieve the conclusion of a positive feedback cycle effect. This study found that the Business Model is the core of the causal cycle of the Innovation System. Business Models can change business ar-chitecture and enhance the relationship between Technological Innovation, Business Models, and Market Development. Through the evolution of Fintech innovation in the Blockchain Supply Chain, the establishment of Innovative Business Models in a sus-tainable manner supportting Taiwan' s industrial competitiveness.
