Abstract:	Статья посвящена коллекции китайских книг библиотеки Восточного института во Владивостоке. Определенное внимание уделено истории становления высшего образования на Дальнем Востоке России, процессу формирования восточного отдела библиотеки в конце XIX - начале XX в., вкладу профессоров-китаистов А.В. Рудакова, П.П. Шмидта и других в создание книжного фонда библиотеки, сыгравшего немалую роль в обучении студентов Восточного института, ГДУ, в изучении стран Востока. The article is devoted to the collection of Chinese books of the Oriental Institute library in Vladivostok. Particular attention is paid to the history of higher education in Russia Far East, the process of formation of Chinese rare books collection of the library in late 19^(th) - early 20^(th) century, and contribution of professor-sinologists A.V. Rudakov, P.P. Shmidt, and others to the creation of library book holdings, which played a significant role in teaching students of the Oriental Institute and University, as well as in the studies of Oriental countries. 本文將介紹位於海參崴的前東方學院圖書館之中文藏書。討論側重於俄羅斯遠東區的高等教育史、19世紀末至20世紀初該圖書館之中文善本入藏歷程，並介紹A.V. Rudakov、P.P. Shmidt等漢學家教授對建置圖書館藏的貢獻；這批圖書在俄羅斯的東方研究，以及東方學院與遠東大學的教學工作都扮演重要角色。
