    Abstract: 〈人若有理神也服〉是一個祇見於中國的民間故事類型（ATK829B），主要在漢族中流傳。這一型的故事具有深層的民族文化特色，呈現一般人對神明的態度，尊敬但可以據理力爭，顯示了人和神在基礎上的平等，以及人的自我肯定。
    This paper discusses the folktale 829B(ATK) retitled ＂the god can be convinced if the person justifies himself with good reason.＂ The tales of this type are related in china only, mostly among the Han people.
