Abstract:	受亞洲金融風暴及經濟不景氣的影響，許多民生用品市場都出現衰退現象，在百業蕭條中，目前唯有圖書的買氣不受影響。本篇論文意旨在探討臺灣目前圖書出版的市場環境，以了解圖書出版品的各類通路 -- 書流向何處﹖並分析出圖書出版品之各類銷售管道，以均攤市場龐大的庫存壓力。並可探討出版社及圖書經銷商，在通路日益頻繁的趨勢下和書店之間通路互動的關係，及其所引發的通路結構性變化。
