Abstract:	一間公司的成敗，往往在於勞資關係的和諧，近年來勞資爭議問題，常因雙方無法達成協議，導致罷工、抗議之聲頻傳。本篇論文是針對目前勞工、雇主、法令方面的缺失加以探討，以得知勞資糾紛的起因，並就勞工、雇主、政府提出改進對策，以求邁進21世紀勞資關係的和諧，進一步提升國家經濟競爭力。
