Abstract:	本文主要在討論印刷業如何運用人力資源管理系統來評估衡量是否需要引進外籍勞工，如果評估需要引進外籍勞工又需要作那些措施來挑選適合之外籍勞工，以及事前的預防措施。在引進外籍勞工之後如何管理外籍勞工，使其努力的為公司服務及防止弊端發生。
